Had a great experience at firehouse subs in Milton. The girl who served me was so lovely. She even brought me over my turkey sub. Her name is JAS. A great experience overall!

Can no longer recommend this location. New York steamer used to be my favorite. But now it comes with maybe 5 slices of meat and a bit of sauce, definitely not worth the price of $20. Nowhere near what this place used to be.

I'm generally not a one-star giver, but for the premium prices you charge and always asking me to round up my tab for charity which you guys get the tax breaks on (I do oblige, but was not asked in this latest visit), the value is not there. I ordered two Clubs on Subs today, and one of them was missing the smoked turkey. I did not notice until I got home, but now that I recall the situation, I had asked for one of the subs with no cheese. When I asked the Indian woman to identify which sandwich was the no-cheese one, I suspect she realized she made the mistake of adding cheese, and rather than make me a new sandwich, just dumped the turkey which had the cheese residue on it.

You're charging $30.04 for two small sandwiches....please do better and not cheat the customer of meats given the premium prices you charge.

If it wasn't for one of my family members who is stubborn and likes the food, I would never spend money here.

The young lady that took our order was very pleasant and smiled. I asked the young lady making subs how are you and she look right at me and looked away. I found that not good customer service. She needs spoken to about her attitude and to smile.
