Only giving 1 star because I can't select 0. Placed an online order through the app so I could get the promotion when i was in the store. 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be done, the order wasn't even started. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible service considering total time in the store was 1 hour for 4 subs. Throw in having a 2 and 4 year old waiting with you and the smell of something actually burning 30 minutes into the wait.
Not impressed...

I ate here for the first time and I must say that I haven’t stopped thinking about how delicious the sub was …makes me wonder how the other businesses that make sandwiches are still in business with places so good like this !!
really amazing meats, bread, fresh veggies, and just all around delicious …the Way it should be done

To be honest I heard the hype for so long that these guys are best at that they do!
On their best it’s a an average sandwich, their bread is good but the toppings and meat options are just not tasty.
The prices are abnormally high for me to come in and stare at a rude teenager making my sandwich with 0 feelings.
Subway is better than these guys

Came here at 9:45 on Aug 3 and ordered two brisket. Both were prepared horribly. Cold and wasn't even cut. Clearly these employees need to be trained if you are open until 10 pm you serve at 10 or close the store if you don't want to serve the customer. Waste of money. Avoid this location

Best sub I have ever eaten since the last Firehouse sub

Used to be my favourite place for a sub. But lately the brisket I usually order has been dry and tough. It used to be pretty tender and actually easy to eat. Will be ordering from here a lot less.

I've come here multiple times and the service somehow gets worse everytime.

Seriously inconsistent! This BLT cost 15$ plus tax and they put two small processed pieces of bacon... Really.
