The young lady that took our order was very pleasant and smiled. I asked the young lady making subs how are you and she look right at me and looked away. I found that not good customer service. She needs spoken to about her attitude and to smile.

I am absolutely disgusted by my recent experience with Firehouse Subs. We placed a large Uber Eats order for a work event, and what we received was beyond unacceptable:

Multiple sandwiches arrived with moldy bread.

One sub had a hair baked right into it.

Even worse, a colleague had to pull a long strand of hair out of their mouth mid-bite.

To top it off, my boss later found mold on his bun as well.

This wasn’t a one-off mistake—this order had multiple food safety violations. We have photos and proof of purchase, and this has already been reported to Halton Region Public Health and Firehouse Subs corporate.

If this is how little care goes into their food preparation, I strongly urge others to reconsider eating here. Food safety should never be treated so carelessly.

They really need quality control before sending out a sub. Both times I ordered the bread was super soggy from the access sauce they put on. Falling apart and not edible
2 days later and now I find out it is food poisoning. 👍

This is a good firehouse subs location. Staff was kind, restaurant was clean , and the food tasted, exactly like it should. Great portion sizes too compared to places like subway, or mr sub

We have ordered from this location numerous times and always enjoyed our food. However, the last time, one of our subs was made wrong. There was supposed to be bacon but it was missing and the wrong sauce was put on the sub i.e. a sweet sauce instead of a spicy one. When I completed their survey to inform them, all I got was an apology. They don't care that we paid for something and didn't get what we paid for. When I wrote back and said an apology is not good enough and normally restaurants will offer something to make up for their mistake, I was asked for proof of purchase so they can investigate. I forwarded them a copy of the receipt on June 21 and never heard from them again.

The first time I ever ordered Firehouse Subs in my life. Both made wrong. One made extremely wrong. I have been trying to communicate with their customer service through the app and it has been one big nightmare. Customer service has tossed me around to multiple people apparently who can’t see past messages. Now they’re telling me I reached out to CS 3 days after my order and didn’t send any pictures of my incorrect subs?? Not that it should even matter if it was 3 days later, but I have proof of reaching out to CS the same day right after I received my incorrect order and they’re trying to lie and tell me I reached out 3 days later and that I didn’t provide pictures (when no one even asked to me in the first place in the first few messages with their CS). This place is a joke. Their online CS team is a joke. Using a system that doesn’t show all my message and/or flat out lying to me about when I reached out. I’ve been dealing with this back and forth for 3 weeks and it’s still not resolved. The subs aren’t even they great and they’re way overpriced. First time customer and last customer too. Never again.

If your rich go here for Blatantly overpriced food. Ordered both on and off skipthedishes. $30 for one sub and a drink. Honestly they need to cut a minimum of $10 for it to be worth ordering it again. Its not as good as other places like Mr sub or the best place, Quiznos. its lesser than Jersey Mike's but still decent. Go somewhere else that values your money and time.
