Usually it's pretty good, but today my son got a meatball sub and a meat ball was so burnt and hard as a rock he couldn't bite it!!!

All the employees are young and clueless they all appear to be just wandering around behind that counter. The service was terrible and my sub had mustard on it even after I asked them twice to not put any on. Worst experience I’ve had il stick to mr.sub as should you all.

I must say that they are the best in the town.. Even with the huge rush there was no compromise with the quality and ingredients used were fresh. I would definitely visit them again.

Unbelievably rude and abrasive employee rushed my children and me out of the store. They were having technical problems, which everyone occasionally has, however this employees insistence on exerting her brand of power over my family was undeniable. I hope the owner will speak to this person. She is the oldest employee on tonight’s shift. Other employees were very kind.

I come here often enough to know the regular staff. This one browned curly haired arabic/lebanese female new staff member hired at this location with a disgusting attitude needs to go.We ordered for dine in. She told us that she wrapped it up for take up and unwrapped it. The subs looked alittle deformed but ok no problem. We'll take it. That wasnt the issue. I requested pickles, onions, black olives and onion add ons. I politely requested if i can have them on the side as it was missed. She insisted it was in the sub. I said it wasnt. She said to check under the lettuce. I had to open the sub and show her as it was missed, clearly messing up the sub and making a mess. She then said "look theres a green pepper, it was one tiny spec. I told her what about the cucumbers, olives and onions? The other regular staff asked if i wanted a new one. I really did appreciate her however i said no as i dont want to waste food like this. The arabic/lebanese lady then grabs a small to go box and starts tossing the items and asks what else did i want a confrontational tone. I honestly have better things to do than argue, just eat my stuff and go.Im hoping someone can toss this lady to the streets where she belongs as she has no business working in any customer facing business.To the rough lady I encountered today, if you hate your life. Just stay home, no one needs your nonsense.

My first time at Firehouse Subs. Oh MY GOD.. it was just sooo more than delicious. "LUJAIN " was the Sub Creator at this location and she just made my first firehouse sub experience worthy.

The New York steamer is a good sandwich. The brisket and pastrami filling ratio to the bread was sufficient. The wheat bread was fluffy and soft. The sandwich was not dry at all.
