Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

Frankie's Chicken in Ottawa usually offers pretty decent food. The service is terrible and they bait people into BOGO (buy one get one free) deals that they do not honor. Today they have a BOGO banner on their ubereats profile but there is no offer. And I ordered the BOGO last week and they cancelled it without notice after making me wait an hour and inconveniencing the uber driver. That's B.S.

Food was good but portions for takeout were small for the prices and its just Lone Star chicken sandwhiches...

They don’t offer Hot AF anymore although they advertise it which is a lie. Last couple of times I ordered Hot AF and the sandwich was underwhelming with no flavor, not sauce. Today’s called to place an order and was told that Frankie’s does not do Hot AF any more. I am done with this place. What a shame!!!

Honestly loved this place when they first opened. The quality of the food has gone down and they keep forgetting things in Uber eats orders. Disappointing.

Haven't had a worse chicken sandwich than this! Super dry and rubbery chicken with almost no sauce. Aah:( I am so sad I wasted my meal!

We ordered uber and honestly, sauce on side for the chicken fingers - delicious!!! My son got the chicken burger and said it was the best burger he's ever had. Lol the curly fries were good but the chicken was a hit!!! Definitely order from them again!!

This was the most disgusting chicken I’ve ever had. It looks like it was fried so long, it felt like we were eating a chicken jerky. Dried up, chewy and so hard to bite into. Some pics on Google reviews don’t look as bad as what we got but other reviews clearly share our experience. We should have read the reviews before we ordered.

Any restaurant that looks at the way this chicken was cooked and thinks it’s acceptable to send it to a paying customer should be ashamed of themselves.

They forgot to package items that was paid for. Was told I was getting a coupon emailed to me as compensation. Never received the coupon. Food is mid.

Juicy chicken sandwich. Best one around at least. Just not as crunchy as expected.

Quality has dramatically decreased, smaller chicken strips, over fried.

I want to give more stars. The potential is there because the taste is absolutely amazing. The portion size for what you pay is crazy, i got maybe 4 bites of coleslaw which was basically chunks of cabbage in white water. It tasted good though.The honey dill dip is amazing and the chicken tenders were delicious , i got the very hot ones. My biggest gripe is portion size. Just fill the dang box with fries till it’s popping open, that is what the people want to see. If im paying $35 all in for delivery, the box should be bursting with fries. That is what will make me a return customer. Take my advice frankies, just seriously listen to me, people will come back again and again just look at 5 guys burgers and fries. The taste is absolutely there, just need to give us a lil more lovin cause we lovin that hot chicken baby

Fantastic crispy chicken and super crispy, delicious curly fries! Pickup is from Lonestar Texas Grill which threw me off a bit as I didn't notice that on the website (I probably missed it). Will definitely try again!

The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

First time I’ve ever tried and this place is gold! I wanted to try a few things so had the onion rings, Mac and cheese balls, extra sauce, and the popper burger. Everything was above expectations and settled nicely on the stomach! Keep it up, I definitely will be visiting soon!The rewards art I think doesn’t work and the credit card didn’t work for ordering ahead, that’s the only thing that I’d like to see fixed. Otherwise the meal was ?!
