Pros - I think this place has an excellent staff who are really knowledgeable and willing to help. I found them extremely courteous as well. I also found the area extremely clean (including the plates and cutlery section)

Cons - I went in thinking this would be like Nandos (in terms of a grilled chicken option) but the food was really disappointing. The chicken was over charred and left a disappointing burnt aftertaste. We ordered 3 separate chicken options and each order had at least 1 piece that was extremely “charred”. I also found the sauces extremely sour. I love sour things but this was beyond my liking. Again, this was my personal experience so wanted to share so people can taper their expectations accordingly.

U can see clearly this is what they are serving u with $17, not even full meal. I just opened food box and looks like half of my rice is already eaten by someone… very disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to spend money on this less portion

We had to wait more than 1 and half hour for my order. When I placed my order online, I was supposed to pick it up in half an hour, when I reached there I was told oh it's not ready and another 20 mins which I asked to get it ready in 45 mins and I'll come pick it up. Even after 45 mins the order wasn't ready, we had to wait another 20 mins. What kind of service is that? Beef bar b que doesn't take that long. Really very disappointing with the service. Do you guys really have only one person working in kitchen so you cannot manage orders?
And didn't even put any sauce with it.

Back again unfortunately! Please change your change your chef and pay more attention to the presentation of food. Serving portions are fine.

We ordered beef burger combo for take out, burgers were okay but buns were so hard we couldn’t even bite them. They felt stale, we were so looking forward to enjoy the meal, but were very disappointed by the quality of food.

Great Ambience and very clean
Fudge and red velvet cake slices were icing on the cake! Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Oct14/2024: Bad service!! Ordered a whole grilled chicken, they said it needs 20 mins! 20 mins later I went to grab my order, the worker said I need 3 more mins because it was missing an item. I found out the missing item was the chicken itself lmao!!
They literally put it on the grill for 2 mins then they soaked it with sauce to appear grilled and ready and then it was put in the box! I asked her how come it took 2 mins on the grill she started laughing!!!!! I've witnessed the whole scene. The FDA recommends that chicken should be on the grill for 12 mins. Be careful when ordering from here because they take their job as a joke!!!

Good food. It seems though the cooks may have changed. Normally the bar-be-qued chicken is saucy. This time it was dry. Taste was ok. I should probably have checked it there before taking the order home.
Service is good as usual, prompt and courteous.
My order was a takeout, but the restaurant is spacious and a pretty good clean ambience.

Yes, I would go back again, but will check the food to ensure enough sauce on the chicken.

Loved the food and speed of service. However, the cashier showed me the price on his screen if it looked okay. Then, he guided me to tap the card after clicking. My bad, i did not notice how much i was paying( lesson learned). He charged 40% in tip. I would have given a tip anyway, but by choice. Please be careful in what u pay. It does not hurt me to pay some extra few bucks, but it hurts when ppl try to scam you like this.

The chicken felt boiled instaed of grilled. The sauce on the chicken was too watery.. should have definately been grilled more. A regular customer ad the Mississauga location, the milton location was very dissapointing

I had an absolutely awful experience with this restaurant. I called to place an order, but they left me on hold for 5 minutes. When I called back, I was sent straight to voicemail eight times. I decided to visit in person, and when I arrived, they were clearly not busy. There were only three families dining in and one person waiting for their order. Yet, they couldn’t answer the phone?

To make matters worse, when I asked about the situation, the cashier gave me serious attitude. I also noticed some of the staff went straight to the back to gossip instead of actually helping customers. And to top it all off, their menu is outdated with prices from four years ago. The whole experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing business with them.
