Galito's Flame Grilled Chicken

The quality of this location is lacking. Usually under cooked...slimy. Ive orderd whole chickens and been riped off with missing breasts and extra legs multiple times. The Ancaster location is the best.

Food was alright, service was terrible they forgot to give us cutlery and completely missed our sides.

I received the wrong order. The ladies were more busy talking in the back than packing the right order.

My visit was a truly unforgettable experience due to rotten food and disgraceful service. The chicken had a strong, sour odour and a slimy texture. The rice tasted spoiled.

Extremely disappointed with the most dry and burned chicken wings with no sauce and literally no taste except burned chicken. I actually ordered for my quest and when came home to eat it was a complete waste of time and money. Please take order and service seriously as we pay from our hard earn money.

I'm not sure why a chicken leg, rice and a small salad comes out to $20 but Milton seems to be very overpriced no mater where you eat.

Horrible portion sizes. I didnt realize you can get chicken this small. I felt ripped off and wont return. Chicken has barely any grill marks and felt rubbery. There are so many better options available, you can tell this location simply does not care and does the bare minimum.

The chicken felt boiled instaed of grilled. The sauce on the chicken was too watery.. should have definately been grilled more. The store it’s not that clean the floor slippery

I honestly prefer Gellitos over Nando's! The chicken is always tender, well-marinated, and packed with flavor. The peri fries and rice are consistently fresh and tasty. Definitely a hidden gem for flame-grilled chicken lovers in Ontario. The only downside is the ambiance, the dine-in experience is quite basic, and the place is usually empty, likely because most people opt for takeout. But if you’re after great food, this spot beats Nando’s hands down
