It is unfortunate I have to do this as I have been going to this location for many years. Yesterday I ordered via Uber two chicken leg quarter dinners, after a long wait caused by their restaurant taking too long with the food before the driver even got to it, the food was cold when it arrived. Not only that, but the pieces of chicken I received were incredibly small. This is the last time I will be purchasing food from this place, you can’t justify the cost with the portions you’re giving out sorry.

The food was pretty undercooked. They served me food with hair the first time, and didn’t accept that it wasn’t hair, rather told me it was some particle of the grill that was on it. They replaced it with chicken that was literally RAW. I could see the blood and everything.
I dont know how they are still in business.

Orderes through uber and was such distatsteful experience. First it took almost an hour to deliver beside giving us 45 minutes of arrival time. That's fine we could wait that long but it took an hour to reach us and garlic bread was missing with a note ' Sorry garlic bread is out of stock'. No one bothered to inform us about it and instead they replaced with stale rotten fries. This location should be reported to health ministry as they are selling old smelly chicken. Extremely unhealthy and I feel so bad that my grandkids had to eat it. Never will go for this location again.
Good customer service and clean place

The food was very good and tasted fresh, and the portions were perfect. Everything was well prepared and satisfying. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I visit this location often

first thing i noticed is no handicap button for the doors. we had a stroller so those really make a difference. for the food, we ordered the chicken and peri peri fries. the peri on the fries were a bit salty .the chicken was good. we needed to do a diaper change and the woman's bathroom had a baby sign, but sadly no baby changing station . overall , it wasn't bad, however ,I'd rather just trek to Nandos in Mississauga instead . same price , but better quality food and service .

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any of these locations. After asking multiple times for a cup of water, I just got a jug without a glass. The chicken pieces were probably the smallest pieces I’ve ever seen across any restaurant that offers chicken like this. The coleslaw look like they just emptied out vegetables out of a bag and forgot to prepare it. This was a terrible experience. Save your money. The staff does not care, and the food is not up to quality.

The quality of this location is lacking. Usually under cooked...slimy. Ive orderd whole chickens and been riped off with missing breasts and extra legs multiple times. The Ancaster location is the best.
Food was alright, service was terrible they forgot to give us cutlery and completely missed our sides.
