Please manager/ owner reread my review. This is not a pleasant experience or a positive review in any way.
Went to this Grillado, food we ate in the restaurant tasted good, but service was not at all reasonable. We ordered food at 6.25, we had to actually hover over the service counter and finally received our food at 7.20. It was horrible service on a Sunday night. The restaurant was short staffed, they could not handle the orders, tables could not be cleaned, the dirty tables were left in that condition for at least an hour or more. The toilets were really dirty. The employees were overwhelmed confused which table ordered what, brought the wrong food to the wrong tables. All in all they lacked organization.

We also got takeout, the take out chicken was burnt and I have attached some pics for it. One piece had to be thrown it was totally charred. Moreover we ordered a whole chicken and we had a drumstick missing in the to go package. This is really alarming especially when you are taking a takeout package for someone.

Anyways, something needs to be done to improve the efficiency in the restaurant.

The food is great! We got two chicken sandwiches and they were so delicious. The seasonings are all balanced. We also got the grilled espetada and it was the best one we got! We chose medium spicy and the taste was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend coming here for grilled chicken!

The food was fantastic! All the flavours were on point and the food was well prepared with a nice presentation. The service was excellent. Ms Kit went above and beyond to serve our family with young kids. She took our order from the table to save us hassle and entertained the kids. The food was prepared quickly and she checked on us frequently. We will definitely be back! The signature platter was perfect.

Good food. The chicken was tender and flavourful. The fries and onion rings were crisp and tasty. The ribs were slightly undercooked. They weren't fall off the bone. The sauce on the was good.
It's a nice place to enjoy with family. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Did not have an enjoyable experience at this grillados location, which is disappointing as the Mississauga location is very good and me and my friends had high expectations for this Milton location. Off the bat, the cashier was rude and unwelcoming to us, despite there being no other customers in the restaurant. She had her headphones in and was on her phone and did not even take the time to look at us and greet us. Essentially the vibe of was awkward from the start and even then me and my party were hoping that the food would make up for it. Unfortunately the quality of the food and the way we were treated left a poor taste in our mouths. The plates we received were dirty and so was the glass pitcher of water, which definitely killed our appetites. I’ve attached pictures as well. And the food when we received was cold, bland and ultimately not up to the standard we have usually experienced at grillados.

I ordered a chicken sandwich at Grillados. While the chicken itself had good flavor, I was disappointed with the sandwich overall. The portions were very small—just two pickles, one piece of chicken, and a single lettuce leaf. Essentially, it felt like I was just eating bread, which didn’t even taste fresh.
