Usually I won't do review and all, but this place is so good. Service is excellent. All fresh ingredients they use. I been all burrito places but this 1 is stands first. If they keep quality like this they beat chipotle I guess . I have to mention this guys names Bhavya and Mihir they, excellent service and they know what they doing man. Over all awesome I would suggest to try it and it's worth it.

Missed part of my order and tried to blame the Uber driver. It is your responsibility to make sure the driver is given all the ordered items as they won’t open the package to check so improve your service.

It’s non-sensical to tell someone who lives in Acton to come and pick up from Milton, if it was so feasible then I would have pickup in the first place than ordering through Uber eats.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Milton. However, it seems the quality has taken a nosedive, due to a change in ownership. The service, food quality, and portion sizes have all significantly deteriorated.

I recently went there for lunch, and despite finishing an entire burrito bowl, I was still hungry due to the reduced portions. The rice was also very dry, crunchy and inedible.

In addition, the behaviour of an employee named Amey has been extremely disappointing. He is very passive aggressive and disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t share the values of Canadians. On a recent visit, he asked if I was going to eat my meal or throw it away, which felt very rude. When I asked for sauces, he added so much that it made the food almost inedible. He also made several other snide comments to me. I’ve never thrown away food until now, but his actions left me with no choice as I wanted a burrito bowl, not a soup of sauces and more seasoning on my food than the entire bucket of chicken they were prepping. Today, he was on his phone in the front of the restaurant, ignoring me for several minutes until another employee stepped in to take my order.

This place has declined rapidly, and I won’t be returning. I recommend others to stay away as well. When I started coming here in July, it had a 4.9-star rating on Google, but that rating has been steadily dropping, and it’s clear I’m not the only one having a bad experience.

Thanks, Amey and the new management, for ruining what was once a fantastic restaurant. I’ll be going back to Chorizo from now on and recommend everyone do the same.

Their burrito bowls are yummy! They have a variety of options. Prices are readable and customer service is not bad. The inside of the restaurant is not too spacious and decent for a grab and go. Safe and clean to dine in. Suggest to management is to increase the portion. I got charged for an additional scope of guac for a veggie bowl.

Go to Bar burrito instead. Inept staff. Ordered at 12:30 for pickup at 1:00. Arrive at 1, they didn’t even know I had ordered. Not even an apology.

They used to be great but since ownership/management has changed, their service is terrible.

We ask for specifications in the notes and almost each time since management changed, none of these were honoured.

One time they just swapped parts of the orders we made - so no one got what they wanted.

I ordered 3 dishes through skip- almost more than 20 minutes later (around the time I should’ve received my order) I get a call from SKIP saying they have sold out of one of one of the items- so I cancelled the order.

Gave the benefit of the doubt and thought it was an issue with the app as to why it was so late but when I called the restaurant (multiple times) to order something else they did not pick up.

tried guacamole and chips and they were fantastic. I wish the quality of guacamole was more but good enough to satisfy cravings :) please add halal beef also so we can truly enjoy your restaurant!

The quesidia it's not as tasty as expected. 2 small tortillas were used and the one on the top kept.on falling off. The hot salsa was tasteless.

Ive been a regular for years. Atleast once a week. There is clearly new management or something. The last few months the quality has gone down. The shrimp I have received the last 2 times has been still partially frozen and smells awful. They aren't even full shrimps but partially chunks. As others are mentioning getting food poisoning that doesn't surprise me. The quality is very questionable.
Sadly I will no longer be a regular ...
