I usually expect 'fast food' to be fast, but this place definitely takes its time—mostly in a good way. I stopped in for a late lunch last weekend and was pleasantly surprised that my Signature Burger came out piping hot, not lukewarm like other spots. The beef actually tasted fresh, and the sweet potato fries were crispy without being greasy. The only minor thing is the wait; it took about 15 minutes, which felt a bit long for a burger run. But for the cleanliness and the quality, it’s worth the extra few minutes

Owner has always been nice for many years now and always looks out for his customers!
Poorly managed hero burger location. This used to be a decent place to grab a fast food burger when you are in a hurry. But this time when I was here first the staff took forever to order and get the food. But the worst part they packed a beef burger when I had ordered a plant based soul burger. I had to drive all the way back as it was a takeout. The staff did apologize and give me a refund but common this is a fast food burger joint the only thing you have to do is reheat and assemble the burger and they messed that up. While waiting I noticed so many orders being delayed and the staff just hides back in the kitchen and lets people wait and wait with no communication. This place is hopeless now. I am going to stay away from now on.
