Poorly managed hero burger location. This used to be a decent place to grab a fast food burger when you are in a hurry. But this time when I was here first the staff took forever to order and get the food. But the worst part they packed a beef burger when I had ordered a plant based soul burger. I had to drive all the way back as it was a takeout. The staff did apologize and give me a refund but common this is a fast food burger joint the only thing you have to do is reheat and assemble the burger and they messed that up. While waiting I noticed so many orders being delayed and the staff just hides back in the kitchen and lets people wait and wait with no communication. This place is hopeless now. I am going to stay away from now on.

Burgers are okay, but overpriced compared to other options, and it just takes so long to make, even when just ordering a standard beef burger. For how long it takes you'd think they'd be making them from scratch to order, but it tastes more like frozen, and if frozen then waiting 15+ minutes is just ridiculous. Fries portions are also very small for the price.
Placed an order on Uber eats and needed to edit/add to the order, I kept calling the restaurant and by the time they picked up (20 mins later) the order had already left the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional and lack of urgency im answering to customers.

My grilled chicken was so tiny as you can see from the photo and dry. Our sprite was just fizzy water. The fries were blah. We have ordered here at least once every six weeks but it has gotten worse. The staff are super nice but the quality of the food has gone downhill.
