Bad customer service!!
Took my kids to Edmonton location today as it was one kids bday. We waited in line for 60mins then another 15mins for our order.they handed my kid his milkshake on a paper plate and it fell within steps of the counter,the staff looked at us and spoke amongst themselves and they were hesitant to make him another one,then one staff decided they would make him one but was refusing to add the cake and ice cream.i offered to pay for the cake and ice cream as it's his bday and our order was over $75 and over 1.5 hr wait with poor customer service!! After another 15 mins wait he received his milkshake with cake and ice cream.Don't recommend this place..wasting ur money or time!!

Loved the cozy atmosphere. I have ordered two shakes. Both of them had rich flavours. Both were delicious and worth trying. Ramneek did a great job. She was very friendly and amazing. I had a great time and will visit again.

This place has a fun vibe and cool decor. I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake and Rabdi Rasmalai shake – both were super tasty and looked amazing. Service done by Ramneek was incredible. Great place to chill and enjoy sweet treats!

I visited this place and had a really tasty milkshake. It was thick, creamy, and fresh. There was only one girl working there, but she was very kind and handled everything well. The place was clean and nice. I’ll definitely visit again. Great spot for milkshake lovers!👍🏻👍🏻

🌸Was craving for Kunafa strawberry chocolate but was disappointed that the chocolate put in was very little and it barely covers the straweberry. Strawberry was huge and sweet but too bad the chocolate isnt enough.
🌸 The fries with toppings is really good tho and chicken is cripsy.

I recently tried their dubai chocolate mini doughnuts. Unfortunately it wasn't a good try. The pistachio cream tasted bitter with a cooking oil like after taste. Mini doughnuts were over fried, stale and not at all tasty. Some issues with the oil they use for frying. Feeling dissappointed!

Never any lables on the icecream or list of the types available. For 1 milk shake and a cup of scooped ice cream. (Over 20 dollars) It was over 25 min wait. When we finally received our icecream the two scoop of icecream in a cup was incredible small (maybe 4 bites worth of icecream) and cost over 9 dollars. The milkshake was good. Will not be going back. Better quality at other establishments in milton.

I have visited this site a few times with family and kids. I can understand and appreciate the time that goes in creating this items. But with one employee always on shift (during peak hours) we waited over an hour for a waffle order as we sat and saw people coming in order and leave without receiving are orders as the first customer in. I hope the service gets better. 0 stars for service.

dont get the waffle chicken burger. first of all u get 1/4 of a waffle and thats $12, aside from the size being a disappointment, the taste is bad too- the waffle is soggy, the chicken is too hard with chewy parts and very bland (no sauces inside). if ur craving waffle n chicken, this place aint it- try Broast inn. their shakes are decent though.

I had the pleasure to try these long awaited milkshakes that never crossed paths until yesterday night 😊 I had bought the Dubai chocolate pistachio & Ferrero milkshake. The server was helpful and friendly in suggesting the most popular ones and out the 2 , my family and I really enjoyed the Dubai chocolate pistachio. I'm sure Ferrero milkshake is awesome as well, but because we had overloaded our tastebuds with indulging in Dubai chocolate pistachio milkshake the taste for Ferrero may have been underwhelming. Overall the product preparation and presentation was beautiful and this won't be my last time.
