I placed my order over an hour and twenty minutes ago and have still not received it. This delay is unacceptable. Even during busy periods, it should not take this long to prepare two dishes. I am very disappointed with this experience and, regrettably, I am unlikely to order from IV Arms again.

They are changing the food. I ordered the meat wrap, they changed the size to smaller and the price was the same. Before, they served it larger. I don't think that's right. You categorize yourselves by serving well and satisfying the customer. Please don't change the style so we can enjoy your delicious food. Today I give you ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars out of 5.

Very disappointing. I could forgive the slow Service - 1 hour to take our order. I could forgive the slow food delivery - another 45 mins. But, the incorrect order, stale bun & cold fries were a little too much. Your standards have truly dropped. How incredibly sad. And, being constantly attacked by wasps … not a good experience.

Went for lunch there during the long weekend because it was busy so figured it must be good. Waited 30 minutes before we called a server over for our drinks order, asked again after 45 minutes for a food order. Waited a total of an hour 30 for food with no server coming to check on us, only when we called someone over. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional Behavior by Staff Member’s I had at your bar on friday night. My friend and I, both regular customers, were treated unprofessionally by a waitress named (LIN)and one of your security guards, Ak, they used abusive language. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I felt both embarrassed and disrespected.
