Unprofessional Behavior by Staff Member’s
I had at your bar on friday night. My friend and I, both regular customers, were treated unprofessionally by a waitress named (LIN)and one of your security guards, Ak, they used abusive language. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I felt both embarrassed and disrespected.

GREAT wings!! They have a deal when Leafs are playing. I enjoyed the Cajun dry rub, Honey Hot and one other type. I believe it was Guinness. So delicious that I forgot its name. There were a lot of Santas the night we were there.

Kitchen was closed due to arriving after the kitchen closed. The staff and bartenders were amazing and gave great suggestions to come back for! Can’t wait to partake in karaoke or watch the live band!

The Ivey Arms is a Milton favourite for their English Pub Style decor and buffalo style chicken wings, Guinness Pie and Burgers. The service staff are prompt with the drink and food orders and the menu does not disappoint with a variety of comfort pub style fare. It’s a great place to meet and chat with friends or watch a sporting event on one of the many screens.

Best wings in town....er most towns actually.

Edit.
Been coming here for years. I’m finding food and service going down hill. Was here Sunday dinner time 6pm dec 8 2024.
Ordered fish and chips and a cheese burger. Fish was burnt. We returned it and got a new piece which was good. When the bill came they charged us for both pieces x 2 pieces even the burnt returned one the meal only comes with one piece. My burger didn’t have a lot of flavour and the bun was stale also they forgot the cheese so I guess it’s just a burger not a cheese burger. I told the girl cleaning away my uneaten food that it was not good and stale bun, she said okay and that was it no other mention of it. No apologies or discounts. Our server never asked us how are food was or even inquire as to why we didn’t finish our food. Server seemed nice but not very attentive and it was quieter then usual in there. Maybe just stick to wings there always good. I seem to be coming less and less here. 👎

** Beware of up-charges **
$3.50 for a ziplock bag of wilted celery/ carrots & dip for wings. Yes the vegetables are in a plastic bag served with your wings.

Charged for each soft drink, refills not included.

They don’t tell you this when you’re ordering.

Otherwise the wings are great.

Try Ivy Arms. For those who prefer cordiality, great conversation and excellent service, this is the place. The building is old with traditional flair.

Your average and typical example of a pub and grill that has been around too long and lost its luster. Any decent chef would give this place a 5 out 10 for food quality and the same for the table service. Our visit was at 1:30pm on a Thursday incase you were wondering.

Parking: Had to circle several blocks (several times) to find a place to park on the street. Parking behind the pub was posted with NO Parking & Towing at owners expense.
