Jay's Ice Cream & Sunshine's Gelato

This is the best Ice cream in all of Milton! I got the chocolate fudge brownie and my cousin got French vanilla. Very good, very fresh. Alyssa and the team provided us with amazing customer service. Look forward to going back soon!

Mind you the time a lady came in with a live chicken on her shoulder and her friend with a live duck in an open backpack did not thrill me...didn't think the most Hygenic and staff didn't seem to think an issue..I bit my tongue
It did bother me that no staff said anything..guess it is just me that had an issue

Best Ice Cream shop in Milton. Amazing selections. The staff is the best.

I have been here 6 times this year for the pistachio gelato ice cream but they are always out of stock. It’s very annoying because I’ve gone on weekdays so it’s not even that busy, if it’s a popular flavor, I feel they should have more stock.

Is the best ice cream in Milton. This place had wide variety of flavours and it's inexpensive. The scoops are big and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Usually it's busy but again it's the best.

We love the ice creams here! Literally the most creamiest ice cream in town. Their vanilla is mind blowing. Only regret is we didn't try this place earler!!! Missed so many summer without this delicious treat!! I crave for their ice creams almost every week.

Great customer service! We went to Jay’s ice cream and were pleased to learn that they have dairy free gelatos available! While we were enjoying our ice cream outside, someone (I think it’s actually Jay himself?), came out and gave my little one a mini version of my gelato. It was very sweet. We will be back again. :)
