Placed an order here using an online application which gave pre-set options. Even with the meal being set options the dip sauces (should have been 3) were all missing which was not realized until returned home....

I step into the store and there are a-lot of flies on the counter. Im not gonna lie it’s kinda upsetting to see it. Actually first fast food restaurant in Milton that I have been to that have a lot of flies just flying all over the place. I am just there to pick up my uber order. Its kinda nasty.

As a devoted KFC fan, I confidently chose the original chicken legs, chicken tenders, and fries paired with a soda. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and bursting with flavor—just what you crave when you're in the mood for fried chicken. The fries were served hot and perfectly seasoned. However, I found the soda's taste off-putting and decided to discard it. On the bright side, the service was quick and efficient.

This was my 3rd time giving them a chance after always missing items I pay for . I went in today to get the pickle box meal after explaining to them I was missing items last time I ordered. Proceeded to ignore me and charged me . Ok fine this time I will pay but at least get all my items right ? No wrong I got home and once again was missing an item . While I was in the rest another customer was there complaining about the same thing . I will not be giving them any more chances .
