The food tasted better than half of ontario, their resham paneer is finger licking. The staff, especially nivya was very professional yet humble. I loved everything about the restaurant. Would give a chance to the other dishes prepared through Mr Sanjeev Kapoor’s recipe.

I regret to say that my recent visit to this location was highly unsatisfactory. We ordered 5 appetizers and 5 main dishes, but unfortunately, not a single item met our expectations in terms of taste.
The overall experience was disappointing, and I strongly encourage the management to focus on improving the flavor of their dishes. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend dining here.

I don’t ever do reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. The service and food is amazing. Jaspreet was very attentive and professional. I will definitely return and recommend Khazana to anyone looking for flavourful and top quality food with excellent service.

Unprofessional Service

I placed a $1,000+ order for a corporate event on December 17, with a promised delivery time of 11:30 AM. The restaurant failed to respond to calls until 11:50 AM and repeatedly delayed delivery, citing excuses about phone issues. The food finally arrived at 12:20 PM, with some items missing and delivered later.

This caused significant embarrassment during a crucial management meeting. As a frequent high-value customer, such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and this experience was highly disappointing.
