I was dining at the restaurant at the same time as a group of six guests and would like to share my perspective that the group was quite loud, and their noise level disturbed nearby tables, including ours. Because of this, we chose to change our seating. I observed the staff handling the situation calmly and professionally. At one point, staff politely asked the children in the group to be careful with nearby fragile decorations, which appeared to be a safety-related request and was communicated respectfully. At the time of billing, the staff applied a gratuity, which they clearly explained is a restaurant policy for groups of six or more, regardless of whether the bill is split. This was communicated calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, it seemed the group was unhappy with this policy. From what, the staff remained professional throughout, and the situation was managed appropriately.

We visited Kopper Kettle with three adults and five kids (ages 8–10). Unfortunately, the server—who appeared to be the owner—was very unprofessional and rude, especially toward the children. She repeatedly tried to “teach” the kids how to sit in a restaurant, which made the experience uncomfortable for all of us. Although we paid on three separate bills, an automatic 18% gratuity was added to each bill, with the explanation that we were a group of 8. This was disappointing and felt unfair. The food itself was okay, but due to the service and overall experience, we won’t be returning

The food was delicious, with a good quantity and price was reasonable according to the portion size. We ordered the Kettle Nachos, Kettle Club, and the Cheese All That for dinner. The club sandwiches were outstanding, and when we dine here again, it’s for sure being ordered. For dessert, we had the Waffle Pops, and some ice cream. The waffles were super fluffy and fresh made, perfect for a cold winter day :) All the food was fresh and delicious. Staff were super friendly, and ensured we were comfortable whilst eating. Will come back here again!

I stopped by the restaurant with a friend around 8:30. We ordered a drink each and a chicken plate to share. The coffee and herbal tea were great, and our server was kind enough to refill my tea with hot water. The chicken skewer was absolutely delicious. However, we were disappointed when they started closing up an hour early due to a lack of customers. It would have been more considerate to let us finish on our time. It was a bummer because I was meeting my friend after a very long time!

It was my first time here, food was great, we ordered the sliders and fries with a kettle crepe with chocolate and it did not disappoint. Service was amazing, and our food came within ten minutes. Will for sure be coming here again.
