Kung Fu Tea on Derry (Milton) is a great place with wonderful food quality and a nice vibe. Customers love the boba, especially the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, and many consider it the best boba place in the GTA. The staff is excellent, patient, and helpful, and the store features comfortable couches, making it super cozy to chill. The big menu offers plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the store sometimes runs out of tapioca, and wait times can be a bit long during busy weekends or Friday nights. Parking can be confusing since you have to park in the back and walk to the front. Despite minor inconveniences, the delicious drinks and amazing vibes make it worth visiting again and again.
