We had ordered online pizza on last Tuesday late night. When we reached home and opened box we found Crust was burn outside and we had taken pictures. When we complain to Their so called Manager Sukh he was not un ethical and idiot and he don’t know how to speak with their customers and told us wait for their owner will reply. Went in late night, because they're supposed to be open 24 hours. Girl at the counter said they only do online and phone orders at this time (about 245am).
I asked for clarification that if I go out to my car and use my phone to order something, then it's ok but not with me standing right there. She said that was correct.
"Open" sign was on, door was unlocked and there was food.
I left because it wasn't worth the silliness.
