Best pizza place in town! Actually the best pizza place anywhere. And not just pizza. Everything they serve is top notch and the service is great. It's hard to come across such local places these days. It's truly a local treasure.
Loved the food, it was only one person working and we were on lunch break and ordered 1 hour before so if they hire more people and people like us who were on lunch break will get food on time
We ordered pizza and waited for over 90 minutes. We called and they said they dont have any drivers available. Nobody had called me to let me know. I had to pick up the pizza, which was no problem. The problem is when they won't refund the driver tip, considering that I was the driver.

Tried just once, but definitely coming back. Regulat Pizza's good size for 1 person, delicious sauce and fresh ingredients! Chicken parmisan with pasta, very good taste and size.. and beef lasagna also amazing...

Place has been slowly declining in quality over the years and their star rating indicates that. Used to be at least 4.3 when I first moved here 3 years ago. We were big fans and would only order from here until the toppings started disappearing and the pizzas became sloppier and sloppier. For the price, it's egregious. Our latest pickup said to arrive in 20 minutes. It took 1 hr total to get us our 1 pizza and 1 lasagna that they put in the oven after I arrived (in 20 minutes as indicated). There was also another couple at a table that complained their order was also taking over an hour.
Our latest "large" pizza was oblong, wet and slippery so the cheese fell off, with undercooked rubbery pepperoni. You could see from my image what I'm talking about and also how TINY the large is inside the box.
I contacted the owner, who told me to do so after the last issue I had and they didn't respond. Probably too busy with the new location they opened in Hamilton which might explain why there is zero quality control anymore at the initial location. The "large" lasagna is a tray of slop with a SINGLE noodle row which you can also see from my attached image. Everyone I know who used to order from here has stopped and you should to.

Not open 24 hrs as advertised. Called at 4am Saturday night/Sunday morning. Staff answered the phone but said sorry they are not open as their shift is over.
Didn’t want to serve us food. Ordered something then said it would take a ridiculous time. Said it was all right then they go back to talk to the cooks. Come back with “It’s gonna take two or three hours or maybe more, it’ll take some time”, couldn’t give me a straight answer so we left. Lazy workers. Don’t bother wasting your time you won’t get what you want. Btw nobody talks about the lasagna in the reviews because they don’t serve it. Liars

After being a regular customer I'm undecided if going to order from this Pizza or wings etc from this place again.
I received a phone call about being charged an extra $2.00 for blue cheese dip as a substitute for all other wing dips that was not an option as dipping sauce online.
I felt insulted for the restaurant management to call me when my last weeks order my blue cheese dip request wasn't an issue. I was trying to make a point and the restaurant decided on this order not to send any dipping sauce because I made an issue with paying an extra $2.00 Where is the customer service? Over the $2.00 dipping sauce?
Not to mention I've always been patient with there 45 min delivery estimate as it was always an hour or more
I'm hoping that the restaurant owner will restore my future business as this time I'm thinking otherwise.
I very seldom post a negative review about a business but I thought I should in this case.

Since Milton location switched ownership. Horrible. Always went once a week for veal parm. Ordered tonight for pick up in 30 minutes. Got there in 35 minutes. Said going to be 15 minutes. Waited and went back. Then said out of spaghetti can we do fettuccine it will be 15 minutes if so. Complete garbage restaurant now. Bring back original owners !!!!!
