I was waiting for the code and it didn’t show up for some reason and cashier keeps staring. I showed her ID and got rejected Worst customer service . Will make sure no one goes to this location

To be honest me and my friend came into here and the male/teenlooking worker with curly hair was very rude when we were asked about our order and if it was in two cups or 1, his own co worker seemed to have noticed that he was being rude and made a remark to him, either way I’m upset with my experience because there’s no need to be rude when working at an ice cream shop.

If there was a choice to give zero stars thats what i would do. This place was so bad, i gave a star for the food and atmosphere but i couldnt live the experience. The website and google maps showed this closed at 10:30 pm and I arrived at 10:03 pm and despite the time inaccuracy on google we didnt even get to eat ice cream. As a tourist i could say this was the worst experience i had during my vacation.

Short staff , they are not wearing gloves , one hijab girl employee was constantly touching her nose and mouth and serving .. yuck ! Also they saying they can’t scan my royalty card for points as they have not set up yet .. need to work on quick customer service and hygiene .. I literally went to BR 2 lights apart

Blonde girl working yesterday evening (Thursday June 13) was so lovely and kind. I always love coming here for the best ice cream, but her conversation and lovely personality made me feel happy to spend my money here and I want her to know she’s doing an amazing job <3
Ice cream was fine outside of the heavy use of dye in the red velvet (will stain teeth). The following review is solely based on customer service.Made an order for a small ice cream cup of the red velvet option. Unknowingly the option had the mix in of nuts specifically walnuts which was an allergy.The employee probably… the owner proceeded to tell us she has already mixed it in and that I MUST buy it.It was my error not seeing the mix in list but the principal of charging 11 dollars for 3oz of ice cream that’s no longer edible due to an error on the customers end won’t have me back.

Waited 30 minutes just to not get served. The south Asian male worker spent majority of the time talking and flirting teenagers. Did not acknowledge us at all and left in an Uber person waiting for a while. Ended up leaving because the service was just completely awful. Please train your service workers better . I am extremely displeased.
