My family of small children and I visited this McDs today returning from Toronto. The manager in the red shirt was AMAZING. So much so, as a non-reviewer; I had to send forth accolades or appreciation.
It was a very busy morning and what I can suspect is an even busier time for hot Apple Pies. We ordered a few and they were cold, lukewarm at best. My assumption is they were selling like 'hot cakes- *pun intended so keeping up with demand was difficult.
The manager, with no time wasted assessed the pie warmer and personally warmed 2 extra pies for our table. Not only did he bring the pies to the table, not expect the others back - but after our meal, he cleaned our trays and offered 2 McD paper kid crowns to our children.
This is such a rarity in today's autopilot type of customer service. It is memorable to receive a smile as usually the ordering kiosk is friendlier than the service employee. NOT today! My faith in customer service is restored. If this manager leads by his example, this location is one to visit!

Don't waste your money or time sat in drive thu foex15 mins
I got my breakfast this morning from here, and the guy preparing food was literally using his hands and fingers with no gloves to cut beacon, put on cheese slice, grab buns, grab salad and veggies. When asked the reason why he was not using gloves I was told that it’s is not a requirement by a lady at the front named Melinda. Then I asked her what about people with allergies and dietary restrictions, and she said they have to let us know!!! I’m pretty sure not everyone will remember to tell the person who prepares their food to put on gloves each time they buy something and sometimes they might be busy with something or in a rush! PLUS there was no sign or anything that indicates the requirement for clients to tell they have diet restrictions, and speaking for myself I did not know anything about this; even though I’ve been eating at McDs for my entire life but thankfully have no serious allergies. I’m glad I found out and will try my best to avoid getting any food from McDs moving forward. I’m glad I’m not the only one as I see some other comments about the same issue and I wish if I just could’ve read these comments before.

Cheese Burger was ok, Poutine with unmelted Cheese & Cold fries was unexpected. No atmosphere at this location, men's bathroom filthyand unattended.
