Nothing wrong with the food here. Just can't believe how hard it is for people to make a decent cup of coffee. Ever since the new morning's crew took over a few months back more often than not you get hot water with cream and sugar. A great way to ruin every morning

My family of small children and I visited this McDs today returning from Toronto. The manager in the red shirt was AMAZING. So much so, as a non-reviewer; I had to send forth accolades or appreciation.
It was a very busy morning and what I can suspect is an even busier time for hot Apple Pies. We ordered a few and they were cold, lukewarm at best. My assumption is they were selling like 'hot cakes- *pun intended so keeping up with demand was difficult.
The manager, with no time wasted assessed the pie warmer and personally warmed 2 extra pies for our table. Not only did he bring the pies to the table, not expect the others back - but after our meal, he cleaned our trays and offered 2 McD paper kid crowns to our children.
This is such a rarity in today's autopilot type of customer service. It is memorable to receive a smile as usually the ordering kiosk is friendlier than the service employee. NOT today! My faith in customer service is restored. If this manager leads by his example, this location is one to visit!
