Ordered a crispy chicken. Coating was burned. Coating was not crispy like I expected, it was like the coating on the McChicken which I thought in the past when I have ordered it has been like the crisp coating of KFC. I won't order again ?

Hopefully this isn't a common problem but the drive-through was extremely and painfully slow. It wasn't even that busy but it took thirteen minutes to get my burger.

Hit or miss staff can be great or you could get some cheesed off lady who talks to you like your garbage. Food is always mediocre fries are rarely hot in the drive thru. I would say if you’re hurting for something to eat and get it quick this place is the place.

How is it possible to never put a nugget sauce in the bag? It’s really simple you look at the board and see 6 nuggets and right under that it tells you what sauce. Embarrassing that even when you pay extra for an additional sauce in hope that they put at least one in yet they still can’t just throw one little packet in a bag. Are your employees aware that you have sauces? No one wants your dry nuggets without sauce.—————————————————————————————Hey guys, the boyfriend here. Please just put the sauce in the bag. Please. She wants her overpriced-salty caloric sauce. If she doesn’t get it she takes it out on me. Minimum Wage is gonna be $17.30 in April, either pay attention in school or at work.

Ordered a sausage mcgriddle and got a piece of chicken on a McMuffin.Two months later, went back. Received attitude from staff.Two years later, still getting orders wrong. Lost cause.Now at 3 years.
