Looking at all the negative reviews and how slow it is for staff to bring out the burnside orders I totally agree. They intentionally delay it until you give in and go get it yourself. They can easily remove this options if they don’t like it. Their fish sandwich is always undercooked. I’m not sure why they’re not doing anything about all these issues.

I made Order on Uber It’s on December 6, and I’ve been hearing this has been happening. I ordered my food and I cancelled it because I forgot to add an order when I cancel it I go to my TD app and check my refund so I can make a new order again. This was for a party I was buying for 11+ people so this was a big order when I actually refund The support system said no I asked why they said if they gave me a refund they wouldn’t be support guidelines to me. This makes no sense. I gave you guys $135 and I got no refund. It’s ridiculous. Trust me I will never be ordering at McDonald’s ever again and you shouldn’t too.

Updated experience. So today, I was planning to go to Wendy's, but I changed my mind. So I decided to get McDonald's. I ordered Large Fries for my friend, Medium Fries for my self, 10 piece Chicken Nuggets for my self, I got the Chicken Raptor Poutine for me and my friend, and he got the Strawberry Milkshake for him self, and I got the Mango Smoothie for my self. Chicken Nuggets & Fries were fresh, hot & crispy. Mango Smoothie & Vanilla Milkshake was good. Chicken Raptor Poutine was very tasty. The food took about 3 minutes & 6 seconds to come out. So the wait time wasn't too bad. But other than that, I love this location!
Drive thru is not busy, so we got our food faster than we expected.
