Nice and very cooperative stuff but the manager or a lady supervisor on 20th of sep2025 around 6 pm was very rude non cooperative, careless and not having good customer service

I ordered two big Mac’s yesterday and a happy meal I was at the order kiosk in the drive-through for around 10 minutes because my server kept on getting things wrong and was almost getting frustrated at us after that we had to wait another 10 minute line to go up to the window window to pick up our Food and then we got our food which looked horrendous and we already had driven five minutes out and when we realized they didn’t give us the sauce packets that we paid extra for so we had to turn back and get the sauce packet inside when I went to go ask, and I showed them the lady helping me almost looked angry like it’s my obligation to remember that you gave sauce packets. I’m very disappointed with the service will be going to Burger King instead.

A damn hair was in my Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap yesterday. Insanitary isn’t even the word for this place. Getting Human DNA in your food is the most gross thing in life.

Ordered a drink and 2 mcflurries. At the window i asked EMILY for a tray and she rolled her eyes at us
Food: Orders were not correct. Ordered a chicken McMuffin with spicy habanero in it instead of mayo, I did not have spicy habanero in it. Ordered medium latte and it was 2/3 filled. The farmers wrap we ordered was half wrapped. The 4th person in our group waited for a while to have their order taken at the counter because the employees were busy in the drive thru on their phones.
Service: service was not great. Employees did not care for the mishaps.
Atmosphere: coming here sometimes it's dirty and you can't sit in or you have to clean your own tables but at the moment of writing this review, the store was clean.

This McDs continually disappoints when you are inside the restaurant. Lost orders and long waits, unless you're in the drive-thru. Staff are nice, but the service is in disarray when it's busy.

Jessie was so incredibly amazing. I got food @2am and she was so amazing. Her energy was truly unmatched and so delightful. I was truly so impressed by her amazing attitude and energy for it being 2am and she made me feel so loved and cared for. Thank you Jessie for making my experience incredible! This girl deserves a raise!!!

My hands were full with my toddler and Jacob was so kind to go out of his way to help me bring our food back to my car (we ordered takeout). Navjot was wonderful too because she helped me print my receipt because there was a printer error at the machine. What a wonderful morning! Thank you for going the extra mile to help me. You didn't have to, but you did. I appreciate your kindness!
