The people that work here are always so nice and seem to be happy to work there. My biggest issue is that they've screwed up my order so many times. I've come home countless times and I'm short 1 or 2 chicken nuggets. They are for my kids so I have to then go back and have them correct it. I try to check the bag before I leave but some times I can't.

My first mistake was going to McDonald’s in the first place because #boycott but unfortunately when it’s Christmas Eve and everything else is closed and you’re family is not around, it was my only option. My order was simple. Big Mac no onions no pickles extra cheese. I get home and opened it cuz I have trust issues and there onions. Looks like they realized their mistake and just took off some of the onions. Like just make a new one if you can’t read and understand simple instructions. I have severe sensitivity to raw onions so removing them after they had been sitting in the sandwich does not help me. Waste of money. Everyone at McDonald’s needs new training

first time i had that much great experinace in my life cause i go there for dinein and order from the screen i select my order and did the paymnt its sudenly turned off than turned on and shows the payment option again i thought its turned off so the paymnt is not going through and tap again cause of this it become double order and i did not know that i have ordered 2 times even they made order after complete both orders i got transation notification that i got charged for 2 orders than i go to front counter and told about that what happed she seriously handeled the situation very calm with smile on face she did the refund its all about the positive atmosphere glad she deal very nicely in these days some of the restaurant the staff behave too bad but on this location it hits diffrent the staff team members all everyone do great job love to visit every weekend its on sunday 3:20 pm there is a girl on the front counter she speacial deserve raise cause of her great dealing with positive attitude love to visit again .😇

Had to wait over 30 minutes for mobile order for the Grinch meal. The order was wrong after waited 30 minutes as well (missing fries and BigMac only come with one padding).

Was going through drive thru and they made me park my car while waiting for my food. Nobody was behind me, and the place was not busy at all. (9pm on a Monday). They did the same with the rest of the cars… nobody waiting and making them park. The reason is so they can mark the order completed once you move out of drive thru, so it shows minimal waiting times on their reports. I just don’t understand why 2 minute waiting would be too long for them, and not making people to park. There is no point on having a drive thru location, if you’re gonna walk out to each car to deliver the food. Unprofessional! It happened so many times with me that I hoping this review finds the location manager.. hence I think he/she is very involved in this whole process….

The girl at the 2nd window said they were 'recalabrating" their coffee machine. Thd third day Sun 27th Oct I bought 1 med and 1 small DD coffee at Santa Maria Blvd. at 7am. AGAIN coffee very very weak. I think McDonald's is offering coffee at 1.00 and 1.25 BUT they are cutting out the coffee and offering brown water.

Nothing horribly wrong, just inconvenient and inaccurate. The self order machine was out of printer paper so I didn't know my order number and the McDonald's staff had a bit of trouble figuring out my order. I ordered a happy meal with a chocolate shake for my son and a burger for myself. My burger was ok. My son's order wasn't right. He ordered a burger with pickles. His happy meal burger didn't have pickles on it. He ordered a chocolate shake...he got vanilla..maybe the restaurant should work on their reading skills..
