Disappointed with my visit to this McDonald’s location. Wendy at the front counter was rude and unprofessional. I asked for 4 Splendas with my coffee; she only gave 2. When I asked for 2 more, she acted visibly annoyed, as if it were a hassle. I also requested mayo with another meal, and she insisted it would cost 35 cents extra. I’ve never been charged for mayo at any other McDonald’s. Most locations provide a couple of packets without issue. Wendy showed zero customer service skills. She was impatient, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no willingness to help. It felt like she was more focused on getting through the interaction than providing any level of service. Not the kind of experience I expect from McDonald’s, where most staff are polite and helpful.

The staff Rajwinder was amazing. Even though she was the only one working, she was very calm with a warm smile working very fast and also making sure we got the service in time. I was shocked to see only one staff in the evening shift, it's brutal

I ordered two adult boxes of Minecraft and they didn't send me the collectible figure. It's supposed that if they sell something it's to sell the figure. Why did I want to pay 18 dollars for a hamburger and nuggets when I could have bought another combo? Why can't they be more careful and send things as one requests instead of sending things as they please. And on top of that, the ticket describes that they put the two figures on me when that wasn't the case. I'm upset about their unprofessional way of making their sales, and to top it off, Uber did not resolve my problem, that's why I came here to leave this comment. Do not order your food here because these people do not send the complete order and then they do not take responsibility.

Made an order for a mcflurry. There was nobody in front of me in the order line. The person behind the counter ignored my other arms kept cleaning and making coffee. Another person came and ordered coffee. They got their coffee and I still did not have my mcflurry. Only then did she bother to get it.

The Food and Atmosphere is about as you could expect from a McDonald’s, however this particular location at the time that I went had the best customer service I have ever experienced from a McDonald’s, the workers are kind and understanding on the customers needs and time, and made eating here the best experience I have ever had from a McDonald’s.

Disastrous Service – Completely Unprofessional Staff

This McDonald’s has the most unprepared and clueless staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s like they didn’t receive even the most basic training. They didn’t know how to handle a simple order, let alone answer questions about the menu. When I asked about meal options, they stammered and gave conflicting answers, making it obvious they didn’t know what they were talking about.

On top of that, the service was painfully slow, and they got my order wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted annoyed and didn’t bother apologizing. It’s clear this team has zero respect for customers or their jobs.

If this is the kind of staffing McDonald’s thinks is acceptable, it’s no wonder people are choosing other places to eat. Avoid this location unless you enjoy frustration and bad service.

Horrible Experience - Rude and Incompetent Staff

I visited this McDonald’s recently, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for clarification about an item on the menu, they acted as if I was a bother and gave me a vague, unhelpful response. It was clear they didn’t know the menu themselves.

To make matters worse, they messed up my order and didn’t even apologize when I pointed it out. Instead, they rolled their eyes and begrudgingly fixed it. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

If this location wants to keep customers, they seriously need to retrain their staff in basic courtesy and product knowledge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they address these issues.

I ordered a happy meal and a burger combo. They only gave me fries and drinks and forgot to put the burger in the happy meal and in the burger combo. I came to know after I opened the bag and the happy meal box at home, which is a long way from there, so didn't see the point to drive 30 to 45 mins back. I know I should have checked, but isn't it their job to check the completeness of the order before handing it to the customer?

I visited this McDonald’s yesterday while shopping at Walmart, Milton. Ordered myself a Wrap combo, it was my worst experience of all I had till date. This wrap had this thin finger sized chicken patty, covered with blanket sized wrap(roti) or (tortillas), no fillings, nothing like they show in Ads, it was unable to find chicken in the chicken wrap. McDonald should start selling only roti or this tortillas. I could have made better than you, McDonald is severely worst these days specifically in Canada. Do not eat at McDonald prefer subway, Mary browns, or at any Indian joint, you all will love it.

Also, they are putting bun bread in meatless burger, total misconceptions, not accepted.

Stopped for lunch. As a former McDonald's employee I can say with confidence that the Quarter Pounder I paid for was the worst ever served by any McDonald's.

I couldn't be more disappointed. I've never had GI issues from McDonald's before this.
