Ordered a poutine and it took almost 30 minutes to receive the order. The food itself isn’t too bad, but having to wait almost half an hour for 1 item is not acceptable, especially when the store was empty

I’ve ordered from Meltwich several times through Uber Eats, thinking it was fully halal, but was deeply disappointed to learn it’s not. Unless you specifically request halal meat in your order notes or call to clarify, you may be served non-halal options. I only found this out recently when I called the store directly—felt so embarrassed that I had been unaware all this time.
It would really help if they made this clearer on their menu or app listings, so customers with dietary restrictions can make informed choices. Please double-check before ordering if you follow halal dietary requirements.

I payed almost 50$ for two meals for two meh sandwiches and I asked for a double and got a sandwich the size of a McDs cheeseburger. I do not suggest going here, there is a McDonald's beside it go there. Only reason it's two stars was the staff were very nice.

I loved meltwich because sometimes when I’m just feeling like a sandwich that’s not your typical sub, it’s always been there. I find recently that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Same flavour thankfully, but it’s becoming not worth it. This chicken pest sandwich cost $12.74 for two thin slices of grocery store bread. Disappointed.

i used to buy the Ranch chicken poutine from this restaurant frequently, i give it four to increase the portions, otherwise it deserve 5

Had the chicken bacon ranch poutine. Portions were very small, barely any gravy. It was just tasteless and at the same time very salty. Horrible experience!!

I was served quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the table was dirty and the food quality was disappointing. One side of my sandwich was over-grilled while the other was undercooked, which isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Meltwich. Definitely not the usual experience.

Got the wrong sandwich in my order. When asked for a coupon or some remedy, they said I needed to come back to the store for a refund. I won't be coming back there ever again and if you do come here, make SURE you check the bag because if they mess it up you're SOL.
