Everything we had was so good! Classic poutine, The Smoke Stack and a Smokey Banquet Burger were delicious!!! Service was patient and very efficient! They let us know a time and it was definitely served faster than the time given. A return visit is a must!

First time I went to this chain and ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich and a small poutine. I thought it was a combo but they charge you separately and it was about just over $20, and no drink included. So I thought it was a bit pricey. I got my food about 10 mins which is good and the poutine is good but I have had better, and the crispy chicken sandwich was very good and yes it was crispy, unlike a lot of other places which come out soggy! So that was great, but very little mayo, so I should have asked for extra mayo but nonetheless it was very good. Only reason for the 4 star was the serving size for the small poutine and the price altogether, it was too small and a bit on the expense side.But great work friendly and courteous employees, and I will be back for the butterchicken poutine for sure even though that one is even more expensive lol. Keep it up!Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options however ask of the cook it separately or in the same oil as the meat products.Parking: Free parking and lots o parking

Love the poutine here. It's proper squeaky cheese and the gravy is perfect too.I have tried the vegan and regular Nashville chicken sandwich and both were bomb. Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to assist.

It was my first visit here. Got the Nashville poutine - wow! Loved the combination of sauces, coleslaw, and crispy chicken. The man at the front who handed me the order was very friendly. A smile goes a long way! Looks like I have a new favourite poutine place.*Edit* Jan. 30, 2024. Wife & I ordered the same Nashville poutine - they forgot the buttermilk dill sauce (it was dinnertime, so maybe they ran out?) Either way, I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know they couldn't fulfill the order properly.Tried calling the restaurant twice, but no answer. The fries were good, but overall, the poutine was dry.

I took my kids for a late dinner, they could not stop raving about how it was the best burger they ever had, I took a bite and was blown away. I dug into their fries and was shocked, they were some of the best I’ve ever tried. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and crispy. Can not wait to go back and try the poutine!

Halal, Super good poutine (not too salty or thick gravy) the curds were really good. The atmosphere was great, and the seating area wasn’t busy and was also very good. Staff were nice.
I tried the takeaway on a working day lunch. I always passed by it on James Snow and wanted to try it .I ordered a big melt sandwich and it didn't disappoint me although I thought it would be bigger :)It was juicy and warm and I liked the sauce in it. First time customer! Got home with my food and there were no toppings on my burger! Got the Nashville Spicy Chicken burger .. they forgot all the toppings. Called back and was told sorry.. they can remake it if i want.. just check your order before you leave unless you wanna drive back for a replacement! Not impressed! ?

First time eating here, and it was fantastic! I tried the Spicy Nashville Chicken Burger. It was delicious and had a very unique flavour! Would definitely come back.
Used to be one of my go to places, but never coming back here ever again. Me and my friends walked in and got looked up and down by two employees at the counter and they exchanged looks and side eyed each other, and continued to be on their phones on stools and kept sighing and motioning that they don’t want to take our order to each other. The girl named Kayla showed a lot of attitude with tone and body language and when we were giving our name for the order, she laughed at our name and said I don’t know how to spell that. That’s very condescending, I backed out immediately and let the next customer take their order, I felt so emotionally violated. I wish I was done with this review here but the mid aged man with a beard who was with her was talking to us aggressively and in a dominating way. I’d appreciate a follow up on this matter because I’m passing this review down to my friends and family who go to meltwich. You guys have have lost a good handful of people who enjoy ur service, ur two employees have ruined that for your store and community.
