The whole restaurant is ridiculous, they scam people who order from uber eats or skip the dishes so be very careful when ordering from them! They take hours to accept your order and then you get charged for the cancellation if they say “they dont have” the item youve ordered. The workers are also rude over the phone and now have completly stopped answering i believe they dont even have a phone anymore

This isn’t the first time this has happened but I have tried ordering some stuff from Uber eats and they constantly don’t tell you if they don’t have items and will send it to you anyways with things missing or stuffed with random other items trying to make up for the fact they need to update their menu on items they have. This is stupid I pay 24 dollars for a couple bags of chips, a drink they got wrong and another snack they got right. Why not just cancel the order so I’m not wasting my money, the proof is even on the receipt

The cake tastes great but the service is awful. It states "delivered in 30min" but expect 1-2hrs wait time. I no longer order from them because the last time they didn't even deliver my order and STILL charged me.

Slow service

I ordered 2 slices of cheese cake from uber eats from this shop. They served frozen slices and charged 14 dollars for it.When you serve cake from sobeys and charge 7 dollars for each slice at least thaw it before delivering.

waited 2.30 hours did not got order so… there is no point for having good food when you can’t have good service.

the worst customer service, they put you on hold have a conversation in the background, you wait for 10 min then they hang up and dont answer the phone. the owner needs to hire more staff and stop being so cheap with margins.

The portion sizes are tiny for the price of the cake, not worth it. Just by a full size cake somewhere else for slightly more. And the cheesecake was frozen.

Ordered cheesecake and it was literally frozen! We had to thaw it out. Very disappointing.

Horrible place!! They don’t use Uber drivers. They lied about updates I called three times the person who answered told me twice their driver left. He called me almost one hour later to say he’d be there in 5-7 minutes and NEVER SHOWED UP!! When I called back I asked if there was an issue? His response was “the issue is we’re busy if you want cancel your order or I’ll cancel it for you”. I said just cancel it. Absolutely the worse customer service and place to order from. Well over one hour later and that was the response I got!!! I took screenshots to show proof. Good luck if you’re ordering from this place. On uber is states 5-25 min!! Such a joke!
