My family and I went to Montanas on Saturday, it was fantastic not only was our food delicious but our server Shelia was extremely personable. The manager Garfield is exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Thank you Montanas for a great experience!!

Not impressed with the service today. Not once did she come back and see how everything was. Stood and waited while paying the bill. Don't think she appreciates getting no tip. You want a to get a tip then give me good service.

It was such a sad experience given it was our daughter’s birthday. Last time our experience was opposite so came for our child’s special day but leaving with a bad taste and not returning..food was average but worst was the customer service. The girl attending us was just not interested even for birthday they didn’t do any song is showed zero energy. I was disappointed given I specially got my daughter to celebrate her day

I have been going to this Montanas for many years. My order has mainly been 16 wings half hot half honey garlic with fries. I always do take out. The wings were great uptill 10 days ago. They must have changed suppliers or tried to save money, the wings were half the size and worst of all vey over cooked. We threw them out. I called to tel them and they convinved me to try again. I tried yesterday Dec 30. I am sad to say the same thing small wings over cooked and cold. Not going back!

Food was not that great this time but iv had good food here before . Wait times for food was way 2 long and over cooked ! On the plus side our server Matt was very friendly and apologetic :)
Update: The manager, Garfield, reached out to me to make things right and invited us back to try the food again. We came back today, October 10, 2025 and the food was excellent. It was cooked perfect and fast service 👌 We enjoyed ourselves. I recommend giving Montana's a try 😀
