This place is WACK DO NOT GO HERE. The lady is rude and always talking on the phone. She says there’s not the ingredients for a sandwich when I see them right infront of me (she just doesn’t wanna make it) and she doesn’t even fully toast the bread. She didn’t even say thank you or have a good day she threw the sandwich on the counter and went back to talking on the phone. Such a shame that a good place like this is ruined by bad customer service.

Recently placed a catering order at this location. There was a bit of an issue with it but when I called the store to let them know, I spoke with Ferdousi and she rectified it immediately. She was great to deal with, got everything fixed and we were very happy with the subs and wraps. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I use to eat at Mr sub a long time ago and saw this one beside the superstore so I decided to give them a try lol and let me say I should have bought my own bread and meat at superstore and made it myselfHorrible horrible sandwich the veggies tasted old the meat was horrible and not spicy tasted like rubber and the bread was hard and I didn’t even got it toasted I will stick with firehouse sub from now on don’t waste your money here go to the grocery store and buy it there if you in that area you will thank me after you did
