Hello , I just ordered an Opa platter to go with Gyro and ceasar salad . Extremely disappointed with the food portion and lack of quality . Greek rice is not supposed to be cold and sticky ! Also the gyro portion was 2.5 strips that were cold and so burnt up - wasn’t fit to eat ! Sorry to say - this was terrible Customers are paying good money for this food because we believe it to be a better option than other take out food . But we are wrong . May as well have gave you the money and had nothing ! Shame ! If it wasn’t -25 outside I would bring it back , demand a refund and never venture inside there again. Not acceptable

Used to be my son’s favourite place to get take out from. We ordered it this week and that will be the last time. The Greek salad had absolutely no flavour it was so bland. I ordered the salad with a side of gyro meat and received three small pieces of meat. You used to get a small container filled. They also forgot my daughter’s juice box and then tried to argue that they packed it. You’re going to loose a customer over a juice box?

The service at this locations is beyond terrible. I was there today and you would think I should be grateful they open. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I WILL NEVER RETURN. The owners of this lication should be ashamed of themselves and their staff I literally left in tears
I’m so disappointed with this location. I was trying to get something gluten-free for lunch. When I asked the man behind the counter if he could help, he simply answered “no.” He said this restaurant doesn’t serve anything gluten-free. I’m just wondering if this is true or if you should try to educate your employees about the different options on your menu.
The taste was not quite how it was a few months ago.
Had a craving for Gyro and opted to give Opa a try. While the service was good, Unfortunately the food wasn't. Gyro pita lacked any flavor, meat was dry and overcooked, toppings scarce and left me feeling very underwhelmed. Fries were undercooked. For a Greek restaurant this is disappointing. Don't think I will be visiting again ☹️
Update...
After emailing Opa Corporate back over 2 weeks ago I've heard nothing. I'm disappointed a second time... so much for customer care. ?♂️

I visited OPA of Greece with a craving of Gyro platted. I must say the food was delicious and fresh. good portion that fills me up. the guy who took my order was very friendly and girl who prepared my order was very good and prepared the platter exactly the way i wanted to have it. Store and tables were clean. I am very cautious about the food preparation area and it was kept clean. Kudos to them. will go there again. highly recommended.

I have been coming to this Opa location for a long time with my family. I always had good relationships with the employees. However recently they have been very slow and quite rude. I assume they hired new employees. I came to Opa sometime last week and the person who took my order was very rude. I wont be coming in anymore and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Just ordered a Gyro platter and chicken platter. The potatoes in both were undercooked and the gyro meat was burnt. We've ordered from here before and the quality of food has been much better.
Unfortunately, based on this experience it seems that the quality has declined. Won't be coming here again until the quality improves.

Just bought a meal from these guys
2 grown adult men working
Not 1 single other order in store
They rush to pack my order no bag no utensils no customer service
I ask for utensils they say in the corner I go and there’s no forks - I ask them and they look around and find none
No problem - I go home to eat and after opening my meal I see the dip tzatziki is almost 70% empty. That means they serve a meal with a dipping cup that is only 30% full
Called the store and they brush it off and said it’s not a big deal

Ordered lunch on Thursday, and the guy taking orders - never seen him before.
However, I asked for a Falafel Wrap and Greek Salad Without Onions, but he said it’s already mixed. I’ve been getting it Without Onions for years. The guy with the glasses was making my order. He didn't change gloves after handling Rice and Salad directly without using spoons. I don’t understand why they keep the spoon in the salad bowl? Very UNHYGIENIC. It seems like there might be new ownership or management because before it was very hygienic.
Reading other reviews I found same problems I had and couldn’t see it as a coincidence.
Highly recommending to improve the service and hygiene.

Been coming here since I was little and food quality has gone down a lot but I’m here to talk about my experience the man who took my order was a little rude and asked for my salad on the side because I will be taking it home and wanted to be able to warm up my food without the salad in the same container, the man that took my order said he could do it, but I will be getting a very small portion of salad, which didn’t really make sense to me but OK, while being there, I observed everybody else’s accommodations, for their order was met, when it was time for me to receive my order he just gave it to me in the box no bag but for some reason everybody else got a plastic bag without the request so I why was I treated so differently. last thing is the portions are not worth $16 I got a little corner of rice and a little corner of salad extremely disappointed not in the food, but on how I was treated as someone in the food business I would never treat my customers differently no matter what every paying customer deserves the same

Hi there,On Sunday April 28th, my sister and I came in to grab some opa fries as we usually did when we were in highschool. When we used to get the opa fries in highschool we would first of all have the container filled properly with fries and second of all we would ask for extra sauce all the time FREE OF CHARGE. However, when we ordered on Sunday the guy made us pay extra when we asked for one more sauce and in addition when we got the container with the French fries it was literally half empty (there was so much space that should hav been filled with fires). Additionally, there was barely any seasoning on the fries. I was very very disappointed and will not be wasting my money on $7 fries that had the smallest proportions. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the fries were crunchy and the sauce was good. I don’t know what has happened over the years but when I used to get fries a couple years ago, it was seasoned amazingly and they would fill the container properly (and they never charged extra for extra sauce). You would need two separate orders of fries to receive the quantity of what used to be one!
