Ordered the muhammara and it didn't even come with 1 pita bread. Are you supposed to just spoon it into your mouth? The falafel is dry and crumbles apart.

Terrible experience ordering take out from the Milton location. The woman on the phone up charged us on the BBQ platter after saying that they ran out of chicken, and charged for an extra tray of meat rather than add on the difference. Portions were very small, and meat did not taste fresh. Charged for every salad and dipping sauce, did not give us garlic sauce or tahini. Even tried charging tax on food ordered when the government has eliminated HST at restaurants until February 14. Owner said their system could not waive the tax...not the customer's problem. Very bad experience, would not go back.

The menu offers a great variety of options, and the portions are generous. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you love Arabic food, this is hands down one of the best places to enjoy it in town!

We ordered a mixed grill and it was absolutely terrible. The kafta tasted like lamb. Normally we get beef kafta. The seasonings have changed. Rice was soggy and horrible tasting. I use to love paramount. I don't know what happened here but we won't be returning. We had to throw the whole meal away. Everything tasted spoiled to be honest. I hate to leave a bad review because we use to love this place.

This is not the original paramount franchise anymore( as the name suggests), we called and asked them if the menu changed, they said it hasn't, so we ordered our regular paramount fav's. But the food was terrible, the quality was not even close to what Paramount maintained. I have been eating kunafa's from paramount ( different branches) and they have a standard size, taste, but this time the kunafa was terrible too( i could only taste sugar). Would not recommend this branch anymore!

Had to delete my old review as this place is now TERRIBLE. All our food was cold including grilled kafta so they are just reheating food. Dips are missing now including garlic and hummus. So disappointed. This used to be our go to.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional and exploitative. I’ve heard numerous separate accounts of harassment, neglect, and employee abuse under unsafe work condition. I would NOT recommend working just as much as I would NOT recommend gracing this establishment with my presence or my dollars.

Honestly what has happened here? After the change from Paramount to Ella the basic item such as their chicken shawarma wrap has changed considerably. Previously with Paramount the wraps were fresh, not oily and had a very well balance of toppings (garlic spread, pickles, lettuce and chicken shawarma). Now with Ella their wraps have very oily chicken shawarma meat, odd spices and flavours, wilted lettuce and little to no garlic sauce.

To the owners, has the menus changed? Or did I encounter just an off day?

Tasted really good until the started opening new restaurants and the quality tanked. Still kind of worth eating at but there's better places.
