Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak and Poutinerie

Long wait shortage of staff staff always complaining about the owners no no more stuff and he never wash his hand to serve the customer and always the exhaust fan off. It’s too smelly and dairy store.

Food was okay, I came here last night just before 1am with my boyfriend & ordered 2 cheesesteaks with poutine. Fries were cold , cheesesteaks was good. The reason why I’m giving it two stars is because we had to wait a bit longer for someone to serve us at the front, the young man came from the back & it seemed like he was cleaning the back. It was a young man with glasses who seems to be working by himself… after cooking the meat on the stove he cleaned and used a dirty towel to wipe the grill then proceeded to put our condiments on our food. I asked him if he could change his gloves as he’s using the same gloves to clean & to touch our bare food. before he did he tried to explain to me that the gloves are clean and didn’t need to be changed. After going back & forth and explaining that what he’s doing is cross contamination touching the grill and touching the dirty towel to clean the grill that I see is clearly black and dirty and THEN proceeding to touch the lettuce, onions, tomatoes etc with the SAME GLOVE he use to clean he decided to change his gloves. Please teach your new workers about cross contamination and to be more sanitary . If customers ask to change your gloves please just do it.

First time in here. Without question the worst sandwich I have had! The entire meal tasted like mush or something purede. No flavour no bite like eating meat just mush. I will not return nor would I ever recommend.

Ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, cost me around $16.99 12inch . Bread was soggy don't worth the taste(too much sauces inside ruin the chicken taste), packaging was lit poor Spent another 4.99 on fries , total waste .

The cheesesteak from here was good! I am new to Milton and find that not many places provide an authentic experience. The manger was very accommodating and puts the customer first.
