Dear Pita Pit Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received this morning (around 10:15 AM) at your location. I’ve been a regular customer and have always had good experiences in the past, but today was frustrating and disappointing enough to bring it to your attention.
I ordered a smoothie that I’ve had many times before, and I could immediately tell it wasn’t made correctly — it didn’t taste like it had the proper ingredients or portions. I also witnessed the staff member add something to the blender after the fact, clearly trying to make up for an incorrect portion, which impacted the overall quality and taste.
To add to that, there was only one staff member working at the time. When I arrived, she was on the phone taking someone’s order and didn’t acknowledge me or others waiting — not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.” That lack of basic customer service set the tone for what ended up being an underwhelming experience.
No offer was made to remake the smoothie or issue a refund, despite the clear issue. I ended up throwing the smoothie in the garbage and went without a drink for my lunch combo, which I paid for in full.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as this location usually provides great service. I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding this experience.

EDIT: unfortunately I bought another pita and it was the complete opposite of my previous review. They made the pita less than half the normal size. I think they are trying to do this because of the Uber Eats BOGO offer…. Guys don’t offer a deal if you can’t and don’t want to do it properly!!!!
This location is SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER PITA PIT LOCATION IN MILTON. By leaps and bounds. This location doesn’t skimp on ingredients! And the owner gentleman is amazing and kind! Can’t say the same for the other location - it’s the complete opposite there!

I came in with my large family, and the gentleman working there, Vick, made us the best pita I’ve ever had! I was so impressed, I had to ask for his name. I haven’t bought a pita in years, but I’ll definitely be coming back after this experience.
We ordered the Philly Steak pita, it was absolutely delicious! Vick recommended some spices and sauces that took it to the next level.
Such friendly and thoughtful service. Highly recommend!.

The young lady that helped us was patient and knowledgeable. This was our first time visiting a Pita Pit since we are from Michigan. The food was fresh and so very good. She did an amazing job with preparing our 3 pitas. She was even kind to a very rude customer that came in and was obviously inpatient. She maintained professional and helped him. Kudos to her because I would’ve lost my cool. Thank you so much. You were awesome and the food was delicious. Definitely a great experience!

They give you literally no meat At all, they give you rations and I got a creat large the women said there's is double meat. There wasn't. 1 serving. Paid 44$ for 2 wraps with with vegetables. Not worth the money at all
Ordered a beef wrap for $11. I didn't mind at all, but when the interact machine asks for a tip and I give it even though I'm not dining in, I expect to get a decent wrap with beef in it. The beef was so little! Just skimping on the meat and stuffing the wrap with lettuce. What is that? I rarely tasted any meat, such a small portion. It's so disappointing, you can't even order from restaurants these days because everyones skimping while asking for more money. I am no longer tipping restaurants unless I dine in. What a terrible experience. Not coming back to any locations.
