Not really sanitary when the cashier goes from the cash after handle a customers change without washing her hands grab my food with her bare hands to drop it in the fryer. When asked about it she lied and said she washed her hands even though I watched her. And endless the sink is between the cash and fryer she dint wash them , she then complained to her coworkers.
Had to actually ask for the food to be remade. Totally don’t feel like getting sick so close to Christmas.

This was honestly a joke. I ordered a veggie pizza and the dough was so undercooked it felt like I was biting into raw play-dough. The whole pizza tasted lazy, like they just wanted to get it out the door. For what they charge, this is embarrassing. If I wanted a half-baked pizza, I would've made it myself at home. Definitely not ordering from this location again — do better.

Generally not impressed with quality from this location. They skimp out on toppings and usually really undercook or burn the pizza. Worse thing they do is out the pepper flakes on before baking. And it comes out burnt black. People like their pepper flakes with a bit of spice….not carcinogenic! Please do better.

My last experience with this location will be my last. We ordered 50$s worth of food. Their Point of sale glitched and double charged us. They refuse to refund the money even though we can prove that they're system double charged us because it doesn't show on their end. As long term customers for the last seven years im disappointed they wouldnt work with they're point of sales provider to make this right. Instead of giving back the money they lost they advised us to contact our bank. Terrible service when it matters.
Update- head office reached out and made it right as we had screenshots of the double transaction. Although this location has lost my buisness after 8 years, pizza pizza as a whole will still have my continued patronage.
Great food! Simran , i suppose was the chef came and greeted right out. The pizza i ordered was delicious!! 10/10 recommend!!!! ⭐️🤩

We had dinner here yesterday!!! The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly too. They tell you about all of their specials. We ordered large pizza and bites ! Our order was made very quickly!! The pizza was tasty and the bites were juicy and tasty too!!! They have variety of dipping sauces too !! Had a great experience will recommend to everyone!!!!
