Very bad customer Service me and my family decided to go eat from pizza pizza and right when we went inside the store an old Asian man was very rude unkind and when we were placing our order he just stares at you and with no response. we’ve been to this location several times, and each time we get the same attitude from this guy very horrible customer service .

We always buy party pizza and I was shocked this time.They used to have two pizzas and you could have different toppings on each, now no more.And it's way too expensive at least $10 more for less.Quite disappointedNot anymore

Horrible experience recently due to some terrible customer service. An old, disgruntled looking man, either having a bad day or life decides to rush me when selecting a slice. Thought he was joking at first, laughed it off. After a FEW SECONDS he followed up again asking if I had decided yet, then showed he was noticeably upset and frustrated when I hadn't, which was evident with his loud whining and hand gestures. Really confused at how impatient he was lol, it seemed walking a few steps from the oven to the cash register or just walking in general must have been such a huge chore for him as opposed to I'm assuming a mostly seditary lifestyle. Just walked out in the end, plenty of other better pizza spots to give your business to. A little patience and basic customer service etiquette would go a longgg way.

I don’t usually like pizza pizza but for some reason this location has always been very good. They cook the pizza well, nice and crispy. Not overly cheesy or greasy. Crust is well balanced in thickness. Only negative is the service… I mean the employees could smile a little when serving you at the counter. Other than that, no complaints.

We ordered the special with large 3 topping pizza, 10 wings, 4 sodas and a dipping sauce. I can honestly say that this was the worst lunch we've ever had. The pizza was not only cold and rubbery, but there was no sauce or chesse, topping was scarce. Wings tasted like they were dipped in straight molasses. It was definitely Italy not appeasing g and cost effective. Making pizza looks like it's over their head. We've ordered delivery from this place before, they were bad but not this bad. How sad and pathetic. They should not be making puzzas and wi ds and pandas. Will never again have food from thus restaurant.

We literally stopped ordering from this Pizza Pizza after our order didn't arrive so I called 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive turned out somehow they delivered our order somewhere else and we don't even know where. They made us another order. Honestly I can't imagine how our order went to another address because our credit card address was on file. Oh well Pizza Hut is way better anyways.
