After having a bad experience the first time, the owner had reached out to me and automatically wanted to make it right. I have never had an owner of any establishment reach out to make it right and that to me was amazing customer service. After speaking with him and explaining what happened he promised to make it right and give my next order free which he did. This to me is customer service! This is how you make things right with your customers. This showed me they actually cared. I got my order and it was amazing! I will continue to order from pizzaiolo. I would highly recommend as the food is great! Thanks again for the order my in laws enjoyed it as well as it was the first time they tried it!

This is the worst place ever to get pizza. I am really surprised by the front desk service. If the person I dealt with is the owner, I will never go back. If he is an employee, good luck to the owner.
This is the third time I have bought pizza from Pizzaiolo in Milton. Every time, I have had bad experiences. I don’t know his name, maybe it’s Shawam, but his customer service is very bad. He is rude, has an attitude problem, doesn’t listen, and doesn’t understand.
I bought two Casino pizzas last time, and both were burnt. I went back again because my son likes Casino pizza, so I took him with me this time. I told the staff about my previous experience, and the response was terrible. This time, I asked two Cassino pizzas and 4 garlic sauce, making it clear I didn't want them burnt. Unfortunately, his behavior was terrible again, and my son noticed it too. I'm happy my son doesn’t want to eat Pizzaiolo anymore because of Shawam, or whatever his name is. I don’t want to waste my money here.
