Okay so my husband and I have been ordering party pizzas from here for years (and often!) - and it was the absolute best pizza ever. Staff were great and honestly nothing against the staff now; however, the pizza is completely off.
We picked up a large pepperoni pizza today and it’s … not good (I’m sorry to say). This is a franchise so I’m not sure why the pizza doesn’t taste the same anymore. Did the current staff change the ingredients or recipe? The sauce is sugary sweet and spicy? (which it never was - so we can only assume it is a new recipe or new ingredients).
It tastes like someone used tomato paste then added sugar and something spicy to give the sauce a kick - either way it’s a bad result. Not the savory pizzaville sauce or pizza we’re used to at all. We will give it some time and maybe order it again but if it’s a miss again then we won’t be ordering again unfortunately (it was our favorite - people we met who used to live in Milton raved about it)…
Did this franchise get bought/sold by a new owner or is there a misguided change to use cheaper ingredients? Please go back to the original pizzaville pizza - it’s why people come to pizzaville… it’s why we ordered from here for years. I don’t want the new spin or someone else’s version of it - we want the original recipe : (

Order for the first time from this company, call taker was plasent, deliver driver was awesome. But the food not so good slices small not tasty at all as a matter of fact the pizza looked like it wasn't cooked. Very disappointing this location is in milton on Kennedy circle

This franchise has gone down!!! The pizza toppings of peperoni were undercooked like they were just thrown on and warmed up. The wings that I requested to be well done were also undercooked. The pizza was barely baked. When the poor guy came with the delivery, his machine couldn't work, so I had to wait while he fiddled for it to have power. And all in all, I still tipped! If I had seen the food first, I would have slammed my door close. I am no longer a customer. Lunch was gross!!

Best pizza ever! I had tandoori chicken and olive pizza it was too good! Crust was hard but I didn’t mind because I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza after a long day!

DO NOT listen to the bad reviews. This place is honestly great and I often come here with my friends. The pizza is fresh and tastes great. There 1 slice is cut into 2 slices and is insanely big. Get the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Its the best in the entire menu. I can eat those thing all day. Noticed that take out wasn't the best though, especially when I got actual pizzas rather than slices. Still, 100% recommend this place when dining in.
