I personally saw the owner using his bare hands to add pork toppings and then prepare a halal pizza without washing his hands or changing gloves. This is clear cross contamination between halal and haram ingredients. Because of this, I’m never returning. On top of that, the owner’s attitude is unpredictable some days polite, other days moody, making faces, and outright rude. NEVER GOING BACK 👎🏼

Pizza Ville Milton was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The cheese quality was extremely poor — rubbery, tasteless, and clearly cheap. The pizza had almost no flavor and tasted stale, like it was reheated multiple times. Ingredients felt low quality and the overall taste was simply awful. The restaurant cleanliness was concerning; the place looked unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had — never going back.

The owner, Mike, I believe, was incredibly rude and aggressive from the moment I walked in as it seemed he was already yelling at his employees. His attitude was so hostile that it completely ruined the visit, and honestly, the negativity felt like it carried over into the food itself. The pizza was bland, tasteless, and absolutely not worth the money.
The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated with that kind of disrespect. I’m not returning, and I’m seriously considering sharing this experience on social media so others know exactly what they’re walking into.
Avoid this place. There are plenty of restaurants that treat people with basic respect and serve better food.

i’ve been coming here for 2 years and the past few months i’ve been having bad experiences my pizza is always cold or undercooked and refuse to go thete anymore i find it a waste of my money that they give me cold pizza and didn’t even try to warm it up at all.

This is mine and my boyfriend’s favourite pizza spot! They always have the tastiest gourmet pizza’s. Our favourite is the Margherita Calabrese, it always tastes so good! The staff is always welcoming too!

This used to be my favorite pizza place, but something has definitely changed. What I saw while they were making the pizza was honestly disgusting. None of them were wearing gloves. One guy took my payment with his bare hands, touched the keyboard, printed the receipt, and then went straight back to grabbing toppings with those same hands. Another guy had some sauce fall on the top of his hand, wiped it off with the other hand, and then smeared it back onto the pizza.
Everyone was touching everything around the place with bare hands and then sticking their hands right into the topping containers and dough. The whole thing was gross to watch. I told them about my concerns, and I really hope they make some changes.

Okay so my husband and I have been ordering party pizzas from here for years (and often!) - and it was the absolute best pizza ever. Staff were great and honestly nothing against the staff now; however, the pizza is completely off.
We picked up a large pepperoni pizza today and it’s … not good (I’m sorry to say). This is a franchise so I’m not sure why the pizza doesn’t taste the same anymore. Did the current staff change the ingredients or recipe? The sauce is sugary sweet and spicy? (which it never was - so we can only assume it is a new recipe or new ingredients).
It tastes like someone used tomato paste then added sugar and something spicy to give the sauce a kick - either way it’s a bad result. Not the savory pizzaville sauce or pizza we’re used to at all. We will give it some time and maybe order it again but if it’s a miss again then we won’t be ordering again unfortunately (it was our favorite - people we met who used to live in Milton raved about it)…
Did this franchise get bought/sold by a new owner or is there a misguided change to use cheaper ingredients? Please go back to the original pizzaville pizza - it’s why people come to pizzaville… it’s why we ordered from here for years. I don’t want the new spin or someone else’s version of it - we want the original recipe : (
Order for the first time from this company, call taker was plasent, deliver driver was awesome. But the food not so good slices small not tasty at all as a matter of fact the pizza looked like it wasn't cooked. Very disappointing this location is in milton on Kennedy circle
