We were looking forward to visiting more over the holidays given the tax-break, but a quick look at their online menu shows an obvious INCREASE in prices (so customers will end up paying the same amount regardless). Just an FYI.

Best pizza place especially Milton location. I have been eating here since 3 years. Our family and friends also love to eat here. Customer service is excellent. I have tried their whole wheat base pizzas and gourmet pizzas. Never disappointed by the taste and service.

This is my family’s go to pizza place for the last two years. I have seen the same friendly staff for two years, which means they are great at preparing the pizzas. The pizzas are really tasteful and totally worth the money you spend. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

My family and I always order from this store and its our go to for sure. A pizza location in my opinion is either a hit or miss depending on their cheese pizza and the pizza they make here is always spot-on. The toppings are always fresh and really add flavour too. The staff that work there are always the nicest and most caring people

Ordered here about 30 mins before closing for delivery, I live about 2 minutes away from the location. I can see how it’s not the best time for them, but the operator didn’t seem to have a problem knowing they closed at 12 and said about 45 mins to deliver. I found that odd but no problem! They didn’t send a confirmation number, or a direct number to contact. I waited 50 minutes for my order and I tried calling the number provided back and it went straight to voicemail, saying they were closed. I thought they weren’t going to deliver anymore, so I ordered from someplace else. When they decided to show up, an hour after I placed my order, I refused the food as I had already ordered from somewhere else, and they hung up on me, called me back and apologized for taking so long and said I could take the pizza for free. When I opened the door someone was talking from the delivery car to the delivery person and the delivery person asked if I was going to pay for the food, I once again refused and they left. I found this whole interaction very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Pizzaville as a company needs a better way for the customers to communicate directly to the store for special occasions like this or give the customer an updated ETA. Not sure I’ll order from here again. I hope Pizzaville looks into things like this as I’m sure it happens often.
