Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the staff's behavior. The service was extremely slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in the customers. I felt unwelcome, and their approach was cold and unfriendly. I expected better treatment and a more positive experience. I hope the restaurant works on improving their service quality and trains their staff on how to better interact with customers.

Food: They didn't have any of the pizza slices I was looking for so I went for panzerotti with 3 toppings (chicken which is considered as 2 toppings and mushrooms). The pie came with little to no chicken at all, overloaded with tomato sauce to the point where you can't taste anything but tomato sauce. Totally fine and acceptable since this is a local pizza place, I'm not expecting an Italian quality and it's not their best seller anyways. (2 stars)Service: Took 21 mins to be prepared and handed over which is very long time for a pick up order. Order punched at 6:54 pm, received at 7:15 pm exactly.Didn't like the associate on cash debating with me whether it took 15 mins or not. Please check the system before debating with a customer as if it's free food.Atmosphere: Looks quite normal, clean and the pop machine is well stocked.

The food here is always good . But this time around , it was just too good to be true. We requested our bread sticks to be customized and they did it and did it so perfectly well. Hands down , the best pizza place in Milton. Highly recommended .

Tried this placed based on the reviews. Definitely not to my taste. Someone else commented that the pizza tastes like cardboard and I would agree with that assessment. Overcooked cardboard.Obviously crust is an important factor for me. So I went with the traditional crust. Even my husband, who is a pizza lover in general and not as picky as I am, asked if next time we don’t order from here again.Also ordered non-breaded wings. Asked for them to be cooked well done with sauce on the side. They were barely just cooked with soggy skin. And the sauce included was their pizza crust dipping sauce. Ew. Had to put them in the oven for another twenty minutes.Service was okay. But that seems to be across the board these days. Could tell things were busy, but had the boxes tossed across the counter.Will not be back. Off to find the best pizza in Milton. What to try next?

Amazing and excellent service and pizza always. Total I forgot to mention that we take halal peporoni (in my phone order) and the employees recognized me as I am a frequent client and prepared a fresh one with halal peporoni. In was truly impressed by their honesty and service. 100 on 100 in service and quality always.this is market place pizza ville.

Purchased pizza and wedges a couple of days ago and didnt have the best experience. The store reached out to me today and offered to make it right which I really appreciated. We received the order, fresh and tasting super good . This was the pizzaville experience I'm used to. Thank you and 5 stars from us!

This pizza is among the best of Milton. Best value for sure. Delicious in every aspect.. sauce, dough, cheese and ingredients are top quality. The staff is always super friendly, fast and courteous. Sanje is a great guy! I've been going so often that he knows my name. Also, their website is the best designed for ordering online and their Loyalty program is excellent. It's very easy to earn enough points to get free pizza often, and you don't need a piece of plastic, it's tied with your login.

Fantastic service! Pizza is prepared with so much care, it’s great to see people who care about their craft. The pizza and other menu items are freshly prepared and you can taste the quality of the ingredients! My kids loved it and we came back a few times in a row! Highly recommend! Enjoy.
