Not sure why but they keep fired chicken already fried / cooked in front and just add buns on both side. Seriously, I was very much cold and I asked for exchange which they did and said will take 10-15 mins. Don't they know it's against food regulations in Canada to serve chicken below certain temperatures. Eventually they fried for me but it was clear from taste they just re fired

As a strict vegetarian who has bird allergy, i found chicken pieces in my large fries, the large fries were cold too, the supervisor is careless and said ‘sorry but we keep everything separately’ , i am never eating Popeyes again.

The girl in my picture was handling my food.

As I left, I heard the supervisor whisper to girl in the picture, ‘put fries carefully’.

Not only that, supervisor and the two girls were talking loudly the entire time. Pretty annoying the entire deal.

Have visited this Popeyes location several times for take out as well as dine-in. Staff is very friendly, food served hot and fresh. Sometimes, need to wait but that’s mainly because it’s a busy store.

Ordered three spicy sandwiches and they served with OLD and COLD chicken patties
Why not served fresh fillets wasted our $40

They ran out of chicken and would have required me to wait 15-20 minutes. Once that was ready they informed me they ran out of fries and were short one biscuit. Also the promo on the displays was no longer available and had expired a few days ago- why keep it up?

Sukhan and her co workers did a great job with taking, prepping and serving order. I loving coming here before going for movies because the staff is so friendly and always serve fresh food. I hope sukhan and her co workers get a raise for going extra mile while serving each customer in the queue
