It's probably the worst fried chicken. I asked for a fresh one, and it was told to me that it was fresh, but it was completely dry, cold, tasteless, and expensive. Will not be going there again

Super clean atmosphere. Very friendly staff, offered Chai at no extra charge. Got their Spicy Chicken Burger with fries. Chicken is super juicy, saucy, fries are super crispy and soft on the inside. Perfection. The Barrie and Heartland locations have some explaining to do...

Have visited a few times here. The food is usually good, however the service here absolutely sucks. The lady that works at the front counter is very inattentive. As a customer, I was standing behind another customer who already ordered 10-15 mins ago yet my order is not taken. She is instead more focused on fulfilling the customer's order ahead of me. She did not acknowledge me or let me know she will be with me soon, instead she is too focused on finishing up one customer's order at a time before taking the next order.
What is the point of running a business or being in charge if you are taking one order, completing it, then only taking the next order...needs to be trained. I understand sometimes it is busy, or a customers order may be bigger than mine but the fact that there is no acknowledgement or any courtesy to let me know she will be with me. Anyways, the food is great, service is a 0.
I left after waiting 10 minutes with nobody else in the store or behind me. Unfortunate that the store lost my business, hope they do better next time.
