Very disappointed. A regular at the Oakville location since it opened, but what we got here didn't even compare. Watery smoothie and all frozen ingredients. Prices were also higher. More like a kiosk inside beaver tails.

Price on the tv monitor was different from their computer system. When asked why and if its even legal the cashier said they haven't had a chance to change the pricing on the monitor. I believe this violates "Section 74.05 of the Competition Act prohibits the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price. " Hopefully someone reads this review (or the owner) and does something about it. It was only a few dollars difference but it was super shady. Price on the monitor was $6.99 + tax. I was charged $9.72
So I go ahead and order a shake with avacado. I watch the young lady read the instructions and this clearly her first time. I thought no big deal just let her do her thing and learn. She proceeds to cut the avacado in half with the skin on, chops half the avacado into 5th' and then throws a piece of it into the blender with the skin still on. The manager sees this from afar and sees that im kinda watching (i didn't say anything), he proceeds to walk up to her and whisper something to her. Next thing you know she finds a spoon and takes out the avacado. At this point I don't even want it but I feel bad.. The manager (or whoever whispered to her) walks by me, goes into his car and starts taking ingredients out the back seat with the cashier who originally rung me up.
Lady gave me the shake, i took one sip and threw it in the garbage.
Ive taken my daughter here after school before for ice cream at beavertail with no issues but today I had a really bad experience on 2 incidences which lead me to leave a review.
In hindsight I should have just either ask to speak with the manager directly or not purchased the item so I do take a bit of blame.

Went out of my way to go here this morning. Placed an Uber pick up order 20 minutes before arriving. Everything was fine and being prepared according to uber. Staff member looked at me like a deer in headlights. I doubt her uber app was even turned on. This is my 3rd bad experience with the milton location. The service is slow, staff seem confused and unknowledgable. This store is a franchise but not available on qwench's own app. Save yourself the time and drive to the oakville location. You'll actually get friendly service from staff that actually care about their customers and products and even with the additional travel time you'll get served faster than you will in milton.

If you’re craving a healthy bowl or drink this place is open till 11pm! Which was perfect because I was craving a green smoothie at around 10:30pm. Shout out to Menjeet for being so kind and making a great smoothie for me!! I ordered the Green Giant definitely recommend if you want a green protein filled smoothie.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!! Sometimes quench has a buy on get one on uber so i ordered! it was so great, light and tasty. The restaurant really takes the time to make the food look presentable. When i got my order, there was a lovely thank you note on the bag. Truly makes you feel appreciated. I would recommend this place to everyone. thanks quench❤️

This juice bar was very good and refreshing! The service was amazing and the acai bowls were amazing! And you should really try the old school smoothie! I devoured the cane sugar juice in 1 second! Definitely recommend! Slay!
