I’ve been coming to Royal Garden for many years, and it has always been a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, the quality is top notch, and the service is excellent. I especially want to highlight “Mona”she’s always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She truly makes every visit more enjoyable and is a real asset to the restaurant. Tried Royal Garden in Milton recently. The food was definitely fresh and flavorful 🥗🍲, but a bit too spicy 🌶️ for my liking. It would have been helpful if the servers knew more about the dishes or could suggest options based on preferences 🙋♂️🍽️. Overall, a decent experience, but service and guidance could be improved.
The food's great, but the seating and service could be better. Still, it's a nice spot, and they're the best for Chinese food, for sure.

Ordered a takeout for a party, drive all the way from Guelph and brought it and the hot & sour soup was disgusting smell and not eat-able. For the inconvenience I asked for $100 credit since it ruined the party and 1.5 hrs drive but the Manager Ritika and the chef suggested that they can credit $16.49 for the bad soup on the order of more than $200. They also suggested that I should go ahead and leave a bad review. Unbelievable customer service!

This restaurant exceeded my expectations! Every dish was bursting with flavour — the Thai chilli chicken had the perfect balance of spice and crunch, and the noodles were silky and delicious. The staff was so welcoming, and the portions were generous for the price. Definitely a go-to spot for authentic Chinese food! Hot and sour Manchurian wings was perfectly seasoned, and everything came out hot and flavourful. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere.
