We spent over 30 mins in this place waiting for our food!! It seems the chef burned the dumplings (momos) and then one of the servers served our food to another table!! And when we asked for a manger to talk to. One of the girls on the Cashiers came to talk to us and she didn’t say anything! She just said ok let me see where your food is!!! This is the worst service ever!!! Never wasting my time here again.

Waited for 45 mins and then they served 3 other tables before us. Ended up they served every one OUR ORDER. When we called the manager, they sent the waiter who said he is sorry as he gave our order to another table that came way after us. We ended up leaving after 45 mins hungry and upset. The manager didn’t even bother talking to us. Shame on you.
Hoping the owner of your location reads this. I am a regular customer, I buy food from your location, as well as the Oakville location. Food is great, but after spending $60 in food, and asking for a extra hot sauce, the red chilli oil, and being asked to pay $1 extra, when there was none included in the bag was a bit insulting, and is a deterrent from purchasing food from your store in the future. Might seem small, but it's the small things that keeps small businesses outstanding fir customers
Food was good but the service very poor We wait around 30 min for the food witch didn't came all we order but to the bill was added they was want to give it to us when we leave so they don't have to remove for the bill.. we have to ask for furks as the give only one aswell my kid walk to then and ask for water and napkins..inside was very cold where we seat it was a door that's a table just in the front and from the door was so cold air coming so ya food no complains but service very poor

We really enjoy this place for its Momo’s My kids simply order takeouts or even dine in for the luv of Momo’s. Fried or steamed both are good! Prices are reasonable too. We also had their Red Curry chicken and egg fried rice… 🍚 everything was fresh and delish 😋👌🏻
