Greatest Shawarma restaurant I've ordered from.
Service is excellent. staff is always friendly, always fresh and have never had a menu item i didn't like. I order for a group of 8 and receive rave reviews from my students!!

I ordered 2 wraps on doordash and I was shocked to see the amount of protein inside. Literally 90% of it was salad inside and 10% protein. It's shameful of those who are making it and selling it. Big disappointment.

We ordered a Ceaser salad from Uber Eats - came with no sauces on top as added in the options. And we also couldn't get a refund through uber eats.

Quality when down since last year skimping on chicken and sauce then will proceed to charge u 20 dollars for ~300 grams of food, terrible slow service one star won’t recommend

Sunday March 15 I placed an online order for one chicken wrap and one falafel wrap. When I arrived to pick it up around 11:35 PM-11:45PM the order was already prepared, which I appreciated. However, when I got home, I discovered that instead of a falafel wrap, I had received two chicken wraps.

What’s even more concerning is that the employee preparing the order was wearing AirPods and actively talking on the phone while handling customers’ food. This is extremely unprofessional and clearly distracting, which likely explains why my order was prepared incorrectly.

Customers should be able to trust that their food is being prepared with attention and care. Allowing staff to be on personal calls while making orders is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your workplace standards.

I would appreciate it if a manager could address this matter and ensure that staff remain focused while preparing customer orders. Situations like this should not happen, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again
