I’ve been to this restaurant a few times now, and I absolutely love the warm and friendly staff. The team is fantastic, and the food keeps me coming back. As someone who works in business development, I really want to see this place thrive. I’m happily giving you a five-star review because I think you’re doing great. The only suggestion I’d offer is to pay a little more attention to management details—like fixing the phone system or streamlining the order process—so that everything runs as smoothly as the wonderful service. The manager aseem or abeeb- was very disrespectful and honestly he didn’t know how to manage the restaurant, I waited over 30 mins for just a shawarma bowl and ended up getting the wrong thing & he didn’t even want to give me a refund. Won’t be coming back here.

I went online and saw their two Shawarmas, pop and fries with free delivery for $16.99 Special offer. I clicked through and then kepr getting errors as I went through. I drove to the Milton location and showed them. The owner said it is has to be done online only. When that didn't work, he then suggested Milton location doesn't have it. When I showed him the page and process step by step, there was no mention this is not offered at the Milton location nor was it blacked out or restricted. I had to pay full price which I did around $27. It's not the money just the principle and time taken out of my day.

I love the shawarma here, it's tasty, tender and juicy. It has good flavor and the garlic sauce actually tastes like garlic! So far, I feel like it's the best shawarma place in Milton. I've tried a few other places but they don't compare. I hope it stays this way cuz I love shawarma and it's not easy to find a good spot. Keep it up!

This place is excellent!!!! We got falafel salad and falafel on rice, hands down THE BEST!! We have had falafel at various restaurants, Nothing, I repeat nothing beats this place!! Above all the service is exceptional!! Everyone serves you with a smile and they want you to enjoy the food! Shawarma Royale is truly the best and this location is phenomenal!!
