Placed order on call, picked it up and checked the receipt all items are on there, came back home and one item which I ordered for kid is missing in the bad. Gave them a call and lady on reception said we cannot do anything, did not even apologize. Pathetic customer service, do not even have email for complaints. I am wiling to remove this if someone from customer service would reach back to me.

I stopped by today and was blown away not just by the food which was amazing and so authentic, but by the energy! The hijabi cashier is absolutely charming, her presence lights up the whole restaurant. She brings such a positive, welcoming vibe that makes the experience unforgettable. You can really feel the love :) Can’t wait to come back!

Pickled turnips were bitter and I placed an online order through their website because they suggest to do it through there since it’s saves the business money compared to skip and Uber eats but they forgot my fries and drink for my chicken wrap combo. They couldn’t refund me but asked me to either come back or ask for the fries and drink on my next visit. The drive is far. All understandable but upsetting that I feel like have to double check my order at this place in the future if I ever want to go back for my fries and drink.

Just got TRICKED by their poster at the entrance… poutine $15:49 for lunch!!! After ordering, found out about the fine print “Monday- Friday.” Haha. And NO Pop included either. Got robbed as they forgot to add CHICKEN as charged… after asking about the missing chicken, they probably slapped couple dollars worth of burnt chicken on top. GUYS… be fair. STOP CHEATING… I expect lots of meat on a poutine that is charged 16.09$. To be fair, loved the queen chicken wraps… 8.99$. More meat in that BIG BEAUTIFUL wrap than was in the DAMN Poutine! Very disappointing experience… PEOPLE please stick with Harvey’s or Mickey D

They are constantly cutting corners. I have been to this place/location for years now and I the food is okay but they are definitely cutting corners on the food quality, that can be the coleslaw, the bread they use, the bread they would place on the shawarma. Just the overall experience is being cut down and you can tell. The customers aren’t stupid

Absolutely delicious! Shawarma Royale is hands-down one of the best spots in Milton for fresh, flavorful Middle Eastern food. The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned and juicy, wrapped in a soft pita with just the right amount of garlic sauce and pickles. Their portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade. I also tried the rice and fries bowl and it was loaded with flavor — the rice was fluffy, the fries were crispy and the meat tender.
Service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely my new go-to for shawarma in town!
