This place doesn’t fail to disappoint . I keep going back here due to lack of options in milton and every time there is a new disappointment .
I got lamb biryani today’s check out the photo. Who stuffs so much Masala in a box. There is absolutely no rice , all I see is this soggy masala . Is this what an expensive Lamb biryani is supposed to be ?
Who are these people sitting inside the kitchen filling these boxes ? They need to be trained to be respectful of customers money and have some basic sense of what biryani is supposed to mean and how it’s supposed to be served . Not lump multiple spoons of masala in a single box

Milton location: Ordered 2 x trays of what was supposed to be onion bhaji, but when we got home, it was veggie pakoras. When I called to see what had happened & if we had been handed the wrong order in error, they put the phone down on me 5 times. Atrocious customer service. I understand tonight is a busy night but where's the service. Never ordering from them again.

Sometimes, its not just the food that makes a place stand out and visit it again and again.. With Silver spoon, this is a perfect example of how just selling good food doesn't guarantees a visit, atleast wont guarantee a visit from me.. atleast in near future..
Impoliteness, Not ready to hear out the customer, trying to use shady practice of tricking people into buying more food, some of the things that dont have me crazy about visiting that place any time soon.
Thanks for feeding us with delicious food, but hope you are able to have better, polite and less disrespectful staff at your billing, who's sole motive is not to ensure everything's gets sold out at customers expense, but being better at communicating with respect.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service there was extremely awful and the workers there are incompetent, lost and idiotic. One of the employees called me stupid and started to argue with me over a sauce that probably costs less than 50 cents. I don't know who he thinks he is speaking to customers like that over a sauce, and arguing with them over no reason.
Think again before you come here.

I am Very disappointed with the order I just got halwa puri and chowmen from Milton location I specifically asked about nuts and sesame in food as my kids have allergies They said no to this but found almond in halwa when I came home The Puri was a real disappointment THEY JUST FRIED TORTILLAS
The quality was very disappointing, and I’ve never had biryani this bad from any Silver Spoon location. If you’ve enjoyed their biryani elsewhere, I would not recommend coming to the Milton location.
I expected the biryani to have the same quality and texture as the one I had from Silver Spoon in Scarborough a year ago, but this was nowhere close. The dish didn’t taste like biryani at all—just plain rice and chicken. They even pre-package the biryani before you order, and simply take portions out to serve, which really affects the freshness and flavour.
