I personally do not like starbucks coffees.

There was a MOUSE in my coffee and I only noticed after I drank 1/2 and the ice melted. Called customer service and they thought a $40 gift card was adequate compensation for there being an ACTUAL RODENT in my coffee that I drank. Probably go to a different Starbucks location, or better yet your locally owned coffee shop, really anywhere you won’t get a MOUSE (!!!!) in your coffee would be better. Absolutely disgusting.

I am on my mom’s phone but, every time I have a track meet my mom takes me to Starbucks and by far it was the best experience and service ever!
Her name was Maya, and the whole time she had a smile on her face!! My mom, sister and, I all agreed that this was the best so we walked back in and asked to speak to her and we spoke to her and she was so happy she gave my sister and I a hug!
For sure recommend!! ?

I typically come here all the time, however today was unacceptable.

I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with Vanilla Sweet Crème Cold Foam, and 75% of my drink was the cold foam? i’m paying 7+ dollars for my drink so i’d expect it to be more drink rather than the inclusion. I haven’t taken a sip since getting is as I was driving and the cold foam has dissolved .
