This is by far the best Starbucks I have been to! The staff are all amazing and the quality is consistent. Just yesterday I went in and the barista remembered my regular order! Her comment of āwill it be the usual shaken espresso today?ā Was so simple but it had such an impact on me that made me feel welcome, remembered and valued. Hey there ā¦ generally service is good and today they were up front with my order but to be told there is a 20min wait for a pour over is a bit much. Iām tired of the same offerings āsignature dark roastā thatās not changing out of rotation so getting a Komodo pour over is a treat and worth the price. But today I couldnāt stand around longer than it would take to brew a whole pot. 4 staff on too. Oh well ā¦ 1 star just for today sorry Milton

Went to just grab cup of water , both of the baristas were rude enough to ask us to charge for cup of water . Whereas its Starbucks policy not charging for water . And these employees gave us attitude for no reason , what for , just water.

So at the Starbucks drive thru yesterday barista hands me the payment machine and tells me tap isnāt working I have to insert card, I take machine which is displaying the several tipping options select no tip and tap card, It works, Guy starts babbling about how sometimes it works and sometimes it donāt itās been like it for a while yada yada yada,
I think that tapping without looking deprives him of a tip and this was a lie to put people in the tipping situation,
Hard to believe a global high end company like Starbucks has a glitchy payment machine that doesnāt get fixed straight away, and the prompt to not even try to tap was suspicious,
I think $7+ for a coffee is a rip anyway and Starbucks obviously make enough to pay their staff properly without all this nonsense

Very friendly service. Was going to buy milk and ask them too heat it up for my toddler, they offered to give us heated milk free of charge. Latte and cappuccino are very nice, better than many of the other Starbucks Iāve tried.
