Drive thru September 17th around 11:00. Worst experience at Starbucks thus far! I will not be going back to this location. The person at the drive thru, (i wont name her, but has ear lobe tattoo) needs attitude check. I told her my iced shaken espresso looks and taste off. It looks like just milk and no espresso in it. Apparently she watched the staff that made the drink while she takes order and work the cash. She offered to re-make my drink with an attitude.. hard pass… I no longer trust you with my drink!!!

Came by this location for the first time a few days ago and had the loveliest interaction ever with a barista named Dante. I was having a terrible day and after talking with her I felt so much better. Such a funny, lovely person (plus the drink was delicious!) I'll definitely be coming back to this Starbucks again ♡

The white lady with the tattoos that works the drive through is horrible . She has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks! Rude very nasty person rolls her eyes and the drinks always taste horrible when she takes my order . I have now switched my location I go to because of her poor attitude and service.

The person who was at the drive thru cabin on August 23rd at 4:20pm was extremely kind as provided a very good service! Kudos to them! To the management: I didn't get their name, but they have short hair and a septum piercing: they definitely deserve the praise!
Coffee was not up to my satisfaction. I wish they makes the coffee with cream and sugar as needed, instead of giving us to make it ourself

Force the sticky handheld unit into your hand to ask for a tip in the drive-thru before you're handed your order. So much for contactless. Also had to ask for a straw and napkins with my premium coffee. Creates an awkward experience for what should be an elevated one.

I love my girls so much. Azra, Jayne, & Alex and others like Fareedah (I hope I’m spelling her name right & Bill) ? I get my coffee from here EVERY DAY. If I can’t come in I still Uber eats from this location only. They always greet me w a smile and are excited to make my order and always accommodate my odd requests like leaving a food item in plastic or subbing syrups to try something new.
