Just got a peppermint mocha and it looks just like white milk and it tastes like milk with a mint splash ! day before yesterday they made it good but I am giving it 1 star cox few people donot want to do their job as it was about the closing time so dont take the orders if you are overdone !!

Was greeted by several people when I walked in, very welcoming! They took my order and I could see them rushing around to make other people's others! I came in at a bad time, lots of high school students. But the staff were having fun, chatting with the students and making sure people were comfy. I got my food and drink a little later and was memorized at how fast they pumped out drinks to the drive thru window! Very impressive! Very stressful I imagine but it was like watching a factory line! They were very kind and I didn't know they hired a bouncer! Quite funny as the person told me it's for crowd control, very smart!! Coming back again soon!! Thank you to Dante, Freedah, Dave, Jayne, and Ashlyn.

Racism at its finest. Don’t go here unless you’re white. And thats me saying that nicely. I walked in and noticed I got stared at extra by the employees because my skin is darker. Im a Canadian born citizen not an immigrant first of all and then the service horrible. Ordered a drink and even gave a $1 tip, the lady didn’t say thank you made a face when I paid. I go to the side while waiting for my drink, other customers walk in and totally different approach to the welcome and all smiles. They made my drink and left it there while I waited and kept calling out other names for orders and waited almost 5 minutes before the lady said oh your drinks there.
Better off going to a Tim Hortons and dealing with an immigrant rather than a racist

I ordered through the app, a grande Caffe Misto with Almond Milk. I went to pick it up and first of all they didn’t put almond milk although it says on the sticker Almond milk. Then as the server was giving me the coffee she was rude and not nice. When I asked her for napkins she gave them to me with wet hands so the napkins were wet and dirty. I told her why are they wet. She said it’s fine just take them. This is not proper customer service. Your having a bad day don’t come to serve customers with a bad attitude
