Racism at its finest. Don’t go here unless you’re white. And thats me saying that nicely. I walked in and noticed I got stared at extra by the employees because my skin is darker. Im a Canadian born citizen not an immigrant first of all and then the service horrible. Ordered a drink and even gave a $1 tip, the lady didn’t say thank you made a face when I paid. I go to the side while waiting for my drink, other customers walk in and totally different approach to the welcome and all smiles. They made my drink and left it there while I waited and kept calling out other names for orders and waited almost 5 minutes before the lady said oh your drinks there. Better off going to a Tim Hortons and dealing with an immigrant rather than a racist

I ordered through the app, a grande Caffe Misto with Almond Milk. I went to pick it up and first of all they didn’t put almond milk although it says on the sticker Almond milk. Then as the server was giving me the coffee she was rude and not nice. When I asked her for napkins she gave them to me with wet hands so the napkins were wet and dirty. I told her why are they wet. She said it’s fine just take them. This is not proper customer service. Your having a bad day don’t come to serve customers with a bad attitude

This used to be our favourite location where we would congregate at least once or twice a week for various events! However, over the past year or two this location has become less and less inviting. The atmosphere is almost always stressful for us and especially so when we have small children. Some of the staff there have been rude and disrespectful. I personally will not be going to this location again anytime soon.

Absolutely shocking decline in service. I've been a customer since 2013, and the rudeness I experienced today was a new low. Unbelievably dismissive and unpleasant staff and acting like they are doing you a favor by fulfilling your order that you are paying for. It's never been this bad. Seriously disappointed.

Every time. Every time I get starbucks they manage to mess it up. Always selfish with the portions never evening giving as much as the cup needs, starbucks is going down in quantity and quality very disspotining.
I asked for a water cup, and they told me I had to purchase something to get it. Additionally, my sister ordered coffee, and it was stale with no taste. Zero stars for this location.

It's a normal starbucks, but honestly they felt very cold. Full of teenagers skipping class and hogging all the seats. Best thing here is tall they/them who told the girls sitting next to me they had to buy a drink or leave. PERIOD THEY/THEM ATE THAT UP.
