Sunday December 21st around 430pm, it took 17 minutes to go through the drive thru with two cars in front of me. $2.78 for a short dark roast, paid $3 and was given no change. Coffee was watery and bad.
I hate to say it because this location is close to my house, but I just can’t come here anymore… the service is so poor when placing a mobile order. It seems like the employees don’t know what’s going on and the wait times are insane when there’s nobody in the store. Maybe the drive thru is better?

This review is for the manager, Gary, who took the time to hear me out this morning. To be upset about service on one of their busiest days seems very unfair but what occured today could've been avoided. Gary, I know you just started at this store and they are lucky to have you. Your managerial skills is impeccable. Thank you again.

I go to this Starbucks more than any other Starbucks
It was my first time visiting this location but Absolutely loved the service here! The barista( AD ) is always welcoming, attentive, and visit enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Was greeted at the drive thru by John, he said he was a few weeks into starbucks and I could tell he had great charisma and customer service skills! He chatted with us while we waited for our order, said some jokes about Sicilians and Italians as we are. Was very kind and had great jokes, so much so that we were laughing as we left the drive thru! Definitely coming back!!!

Who manages this location? This has to be the worst I’ve ever gone to. It’s so dirty and the food takes so long. The older lady who took my order was cranky beyond belief. Seriously, the staff need some training and they need a new manager.

An Unacceptable Experience.
The placement of the closure sign for the drive-through was nothing short of illogical: it appeared only after one had already traversed the construction zone, culminating in a dead end where the sign itself confronted drivers on an uncomfortably narrow road.
Upon drawing attention to this lapse, I was met not with courtesy or constructive explanation, but with a brusque retort. The tone conveyed not merely indifference, but an almost deliberate disdain for the customer’s perspective.
Thus, patrons are effectively left with no safe or reasonable course of action other than attempting an awkward manoeuvre to extricate themselves. One cannot help but ask: would it not be infinitely more rational—and considerate—to position the sign at the entrance, by the patio, thereby sparing customers such needless inconvenience?
Altogether, the encounter projects the impression of a location governed by individuals who appear indifferent both to Starbucks’ professed values and to the elementary principles of hospitality. One is left wondering: where is the service for which a premium is ostensibly charged?
My iced matcha latte had both whole milk and oat milk when I only asked for oat milk. There was barely any matcha in it either. It looked weirdly pale.
