My fav starbies location! It may be a problem that they know me by name now every time I come in bc how much I love Starbucks…..I will say though, this location has such kind souls of staff. I come about 20 mins out of Milton for this specific location simply because they never disappoint!🫶🏼

I am always enthusiastically greeted by the staff at the Dusk Rd/Chinguacousey location - theyvall make me feel like a million dollar customer.

Came here on. Saturday afternoon. Apparently their mobile order was down, which is why they never had our drinks ready in a timely manner. However, we saw other customers with mobile orders get through and have their orders ready. Not a lot of help from the baristas working there.

They kept saying you needed to cancel the order on the app with no help on how to do it.

Probably the worst Starbucks I have been too.

Understaffed and no one wanted to help.

So disappointed - today I sat in the drive through line for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. This is not the first time I have spent an extremely long time waiting in line in the drive through. Such a slow location.

Sunday August 18 2024 I visited this location through drive thru around 9:30 am. The lady that took my order and served me is a disgrace to the Starbucks name. The worst customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks and this is usually my favourite location. If she dislikes her job, at least try to hide it a little better. I would love to have my $10 latte to be served with some sort

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Employees openly IGNORE CUSTOMERS!! I understand they get busy, I know how the fast food business is as I have worked in them before, but come on seeing customers waiting in line and ignoring them? Idc how busy you are, ATTEND TO YOUR GUESTS ITS YOUR JOB! One lady and her daughter were waiting at least 10 mins or more before I arrived. I tried to politely ask one of the girls behind the counter if we could be served, pointing out there are 5 of them back there, and the response I get is "We'll get to you when we get to you" with an unbelievable amount of attitude. She should NOT be in customer service. The entitlement and disrespect was unreal. Again, although you are busy, NEVER ignore your customers. I will NEVER return to this location again. Not wasting my time and hard earned money at this poor excuse of a Starbucks.

Went in today, March 24. Staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. My Wife asked for an iced black tea. They made her a dragon fruit iced tea. When she explained that wasn’t what she ordered and couldn’t drink it due to dietary constraints, she asked to have it remade, the girl initially refused. Only after an unnecessary back and forth did it get remade.

I ordered grande cappuccino , they gave me almost empty cup and said this is how it should be , I was in a hurry and didnt want to argue but this is crazy, not recommending this place!!!you can't charge $6 for empty cup folks!!!!
