The drive through was "closed" (with a sign), went into the store and 15 people were waiting for a drink! And the drive through kept going! (They took the sign down). I used to go to this location EVERYDAY for YEARS.... but this location has really lowered its standards, always long unnecessary waits (often 20-30 minutes), my drinks are always getting messed up likely due to the staff barely speaking English anymore. I had to get a refund on one of my drinks today, my wife couldn't wait 30 minutes because she had an appointment. Very disappointing to see poor service everyday from this store in comparison to only 2 years ago! (Which was the best store I ever visited across Canada). I wish head office would do something about it.

There is a 9 people waiting for their drinks. Some have been here longer than others, I am at 12 minutes since paying. There is obviously a lot of people ordering but the staff can't juggle well and seem to be prioritising restocking over service. The most frustrating thing is that a manager is Sat on her laptop not helping at all. The frustrating in the room is difficult to ignore

Didn't have a good experience here. The lady at the counter was difficult, even though it was a difficult order (large pike with milk).... then I read a bunch of reviews and saw all of them saying it's the worst starbucks they've been too and now it makes sense.

The worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. They have no idea how to make the same drinks that every other location does perfectly. You show them a picture from their own app, and it's like they've never seen it before. Ugh. Will drive out of my way to another location from now on.
I have never experienced such poor service as I did at this Starbucks. The staff seemed untrained and inexperienced, with young workers who didn’t know how to handle dine-in customers. No trays or cutlery were provided with the order. The space was filthy, with trash scattered everywhere and flies buzzing around. It was an embarrassing experience, especially with my guests. Management needs to pay attention.

I usually order on this location as I am preparing for my exam and sitting in a nearby library today I ordered my usual chai with extra hot milk!! it was not even hot rather I feel like brista did’nt even bothered to read the order!! Pathetic pathetic!! on this location usually I feel the service is very bad, there was no one in the queue after me and only one car before me in the drive through so no real pressure yet a pathetic tea was prepared and served….
