RACIST WHITE SKINNY TALL GUY
I went to this Starbucks today 25 August 2025, around 7pm EST
We were three people in line and I guess 2 of us were brown. He saw me coming ( he was making a DRINK for 2 girls) and standing on counter and he started doing something with boxes and sat down behind the counter for few mins by now I was waiting for about 10 mins. The he stood up and said we are not serving- said something about his break, that we are CLOSED. When I was leaving, I was checking out on counter he was making a DRINK!!!
This store closes at 8pm I checked before going in.
I hope your management see this, if you don’t like your JOB better to quit and do something where you don’t have to be racist!!!

Just went to grab a coffe while doing my grocery. Very friendly staff especially this sweet guy ANEEQ helped me customize my order.

I went to Starbucks yesterday , i ordered 2 drinks and i asked for the coffee during afternoon around 2:30 . I exactly told them make it with less ice and I repeat that multiple times during giving them order. Bruh if i said less ice it means i need just 4 to 5 cubes. We pay for coffee not for ice. Bad experience.

There were 2 lovely works at this Starbucks today. Unfortunately they did not listen to my order and they gave me milk instead of oat milk. I have a milk allergy and I have been quite ill today. They were not confident about how to make certain drinks and unfortunately it affected me today. Some training would be appreciated.

Very friendly service and a great spot for a quick coffee. This Starbucks is located inside Sobeys, so while the quality is what you'd expect—reliable and consistent—there’s no dedicated seating area. There is a shared space nearby, but it was packed with students from the school across the street when I visited. It’s a bit different from the typical Starbucks atmosphere, but still a solid experience overall.

Indian staff doesn’t know how to make a simple latte and when ask for a refund; doesn’t know how to do that either. Pity
I just walked in and ordered a latte, the indian male employee got on his cellphone and called someone to ask them how to punch in my drink and how to make it.... absolutely not I walked out and will never be back. Why hire people that don't even know the basics of working at starbucks lol 0 stars

I am over starbucks. The quality across the board is down, the atmosphere is not what it used to be, just another chain coffe3 restaurant. It used to be a no brainer between Starbucks and Tim hortons but now why pay $7 for a drink that is mediocre, then be asked for a tip.
