I placed an online order and the night shift guy replaced the bread and sauces even on call he was rude better to avoid this subway

Absolutely horrendous location, some kind of water dripping from the ceiling directly into veggies, absolutely no attempt to provide any good customer service.
Got 3 subs for takeout the employee had no common sense to mark the sub or at least attempt to pack them separately.

Harshveer, really rude person
Have been to this location many times but this person has made sure that i never come back to this store.
Asked for a simple sandwich on a herbs and cheese bread. He had the bread but was not ready to serve it. When i asked why he said he didnt have any, his reply am i going to argue or get a sandwich.

Our Softball team was coming to Milton for a tournament. I called the week before to set up a catering order for 25plus people. I was introduced to Farhene and she provided top notch service from the start of the ordering to the final pick up. The orders were all done correctly, ready when we arrived and she delivered it with a smile. HUGE thank you to Farhene and her staff!!!

Ordered online through subway app. And restaurant accepted the order but when i arrived to pick it up. The lady at the counter says, “Sorry, we’re out of Jalapeños. So I did not add it.” And my order also has note written on it saying the same. And when i asked why she accepted the order she says “it’s just Jalapeños”.
If you can not make the order as requested. DO NOT ACCEPT IT.

It was a great experience with manmeet🫶🏻 i visited so many subway locations but not a single staff have a manner to treat a customer but she treat us very well. All subway should treat there staff to be in a manner not be rude with customers.

Told me to wait for 20 mins when there was literally no lineups at 12:45 in the night and had earphone in both ears and wouldn't care to listen don't recommend to go there if you don't want to get humiliated

I was very Hungry today.. I ordered a footlong through App.. when I came home and opened the cover it was 6 inch Sub.. Looks like the staff are not paying attention to the order details…

As we enter inside, there was a lady, she was too rude to us, she started the conversation with you guys take long ? And tone sounding egoistic! Also while we were ordering and trying to understand few things she mentioned I can’t get you, speak one by one!
Subway is loosing the customer service due to such weird staff!!!
Usually subway staff takes initiative for what kind of topping and sizzling customer wants! She did not!
